Buy Extended Warranty

I called Delonghi to see if there was anything that could be done. However, i was told that my warranty was only for 12 months. They refused ti even trouble shoot. I mean granted, obviously the damage was internal, i was told i was the 3rd person to call with that issue. I am guessing its a manufacturer’s error. But, lost out.

Who wants a cold expresso coffee?

But, this is not the case; this product is bad. 1st) Temperature for the coffee is cold; who wants to spend +$250 for a machine that brews cold coffee? Very bad... 2) You need to wait for the steam, so the coffee is already cold, and also you still need to wait more time to heat the water for the steam... to have your coffee even colder... The appearance is exquisite; unfortunately, this is just a WASTE OF MONEY.

Do not buy it

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this machine about a month ago and the second time I used it started to make a weird noise and started to brew by it self and I was not able to turn it off unless I disconnect it, I called CS and they told me to return it. So I decided to give it a second chance and got another one and now two weeks later is acting crazy again, the buttons light go on and off without touching them and the pot side won’t work and I haven’t even use that part of the machine. Will return again.

Avoid, avoid, avoid

Leaked from the espresso side underneath the device. The clock would run and reset itself, the it would then turn on and off when the pot was on the warmer and try to make pots of coffee with no water. The bold button never worked. We had this for less about a month in total with bad performance throughout its use.

Get if you like room temp water coffee

Espresso machine

I tried more than tens to make the exact number of cups of coffee with no success. For instance, I wanted four cups of coffee and used four cups of water but had one cup of coffee darker than espresso. The espresso machine was the worst.

Verly low quality product

Hate this thing!

Also, it looks great. However, it is a horrible espresso machine. Most the time the espresso trickles out. The insert falls out when you try to get the old grounds out. It leaks. On and on. Hate this thing.

Had low expectations due to price, but WOW.

The on button is completely stuck onto the on position so it needs to be unplugged or it will start making espresso. The coffee brew button also mysteriously turns on by itself when using other functions of the device. Don’t waste your time buying this product - luckily for me I’m still able to return it.
