First time spending over $50 on a coffee machine. Leaked from expresso side within 3 months of purchase. Chrome end of portafilter unscrews easily. Water pours into milk from frother. Store warranty expired so I couldn’t return it. DeLonghi customer service is awesome. DeLonghi will send you a new one if have the original receipt. Will take a few weeks, somewhat of a hassle. If system didn’t have problems, I’d say 3 stars. Coffee and expresó taste the same as my cheaper machine’s. I grind my beans daily so the beans are not the problem here.

I've had this combo unit for 3.5 years and it still makes a solid espresso every morning. Great bang for the buck.

So easy to use, just followed instructions. Got some flavors and used skim milk and turned my boring coffee into an inexpensive treat. I use -#4 paper filters on the brew side (taste is better) and bought some ESE pods for the cappuccino maker. Great purchase for the price.

Nice entry level all in one machine, the only complaints I have is that my carafe is flimsy and if you make a full 10 cups it may cause the handle to flex and leak when you pour which causes spillage. The unit is also a bit messy when it comes to steaming milk, maybe the positioning of the unit but otherwise it brews great coffee and espresso.

This De'Longhi Combination machine is everything that is promised. Not only does it do its job but is stylish and looks great as an addition to the look of the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Coffee maker side stopped working after 4 years. The espresso side still works but trying to make enough coffee for us just using the espresso side is a pain. Might as well buy a cheaper unit if it isn't going to last.

Excellent coffee and espresso machine. Would highly recommend to households looking for a machine that provides best of both worlds.

I got this machine about $50 off on Black Friday, so for around $230. I received it in Dec, it is now almost August, so we’ll say I’ve had it somewhere between 8-9 months. And it is on the fritz, after less than a year. It gets daily use, but I live alone and don’t consume more than one espresso drink most days. It’s not crazily over used or anything. But whenever I turn it on, the clock becomes possessed and jumps forward or back 12 hours. There’s no stopping it. It just flashes different times until it lands on one. Next, the frother light just doesn’t turn off any more. It blinks until I hit it maybe five times. And, from the beginning, I never knew if a blinking light meant the espresso machine was ready or still heating, as it constantly switches between turning on with a blinking light or turning on with a solid light. I just kind of guess when it’s heated up now. And finally, the most annoying and potentially dangerous grievance, the coffee maker comes on entirely randomly. I now have to unplug the machine when I’m done with it and plug it back in the next morning because I don’t want the coffee maker to come on unexpectedly and burn my house down. Maybe it’s dramatic, but I’m not taking my chances. Again, this machine has been used once a day for 8-9 months. Nothing crazy. I don’t know that you need something more expensive, but either splurge on just a nice espresso machine and buy a cheap coffee maker, or vice versa. Truly, after 8 months a machine this expensive should not be acting like it’s 10 years old. I’m buying a new machine and I don’t even think I can sell this one with the coffee maker coming on randomly. Do not buy.

This coffee machine brews a pot and also lets you make individual cups of coffee with steamed milk.

After using it for ovet a year I realized that i made a bad choice for buying it because it leaks a lot , thus attracting tiny ants underneath of the machine. Also the steamer does not stay on enough to warm & froth the milk

Great machine, easy to use, very nice functions on it

Made in China. The light to indicate when the water was hot enough didn't work. The water flow doesn't stop when the proper amount has been dispensed. It just keeps flowing until your cup overflows, at which point your espresso is too diluted. Even when you shut the machine off, water continues to drip until the drip pan is overflowing. The coffee maker was okay. All the problems were with the espresso/cappuccino maker.

Very pleased with the quality of coffee/espresso this machine produces. Great price point, love the dual function. Have not experienced any issues with overfilling tray water, no control board display lights malfunctioning or slow brew time like I read in some reviews. Clean design and easy to use.

Decent machine. Only bad thing I have to say is it seems cheaply built but I have no issues with it so far

Initially, I loved it. Great espresso, good coffee. All of a sudden, the espresso part of the maker started making loud sounds, started working on its own in the middle of the night when it's turned off, but still plugged in. I tried calling the customer support, but it's been a week, and i can not get to them. I paid around $300 for it, used it a couple of months over a year, and boom! It stopped working. Sad, but Delonghi company is terrible. I had a gifted grill from them that was not grilling, 5 years later, I got this machine and it stopped working so soon. Will try again to see if they can fix it.

Great product - love the coffee pot and it's nice to have one machine do it all!!

This is great if you like to make your own lattes and like to have everything in one spot. It’s good to know the measurements before purchase to be sure you cabinet space for your coffee center.

Not worth the money. After buying an earlier version of this machine in December 2020, it broke. Steam leaked into the electronics panel and water condensed causing a short. This broke after about a year. This current version was purchased in 2022 and failed in May 2024. This time it was the coffee pot and not being able to start the automatic drip. I surmise it was steam from the coffee pot that leaked into the electronics panel again. This is in addition to the steam mechanism again not being able to work for almost a year.

Very happy with BB service and delivery. Had issues finding this machine. Received this before I expected it.
