Couldn’t love this more. Very easy and many options from espresso to a carafe!

my 80 year old parents love the coffee maker part of it, the other part of it is difficult for them but I intentionally bought this dual coffee maker for them and for my 28 year old daughter who loves the Espresso part of it, so now they both enjoy it, easy to use, less space used and no need for 2 or 3 coffee machines on my counter.

I love this machine mostly…will get to that later. Cappuccino maker is great and the frother very easy to use. Coffee comes out perfect. Now the part that makes this a 4- really maybe a 3: the carafe is just plain awful. It spills every time no matter how fast or slow you pour or what angle you use. I have to pour out the coffee into cups over the sink. There is a newer version of the carafe you can get that evidently doesn’t spill- but it doesn’t match the coffeemaker

My Best Buy online and purchase experience was flawless, thank you! The machine was in great condition out of the box and came with two sets of easy to follow instructions for set up. I have been using it for several weeks and love it! The espresso side works really well, just make sure you give it the time to warm up that the instructions say. I also run a cleaning cycle once a week to make sure everything is moving smoothly. The coffee side brews really nicely on the bold setting. All of it seems easy to clean and maintain and I look forward to using it for years to come.

We bought an open box missing a piece of a discontinued coffee/espresso maker. My only gripe with this product is that the steamer doesn’t get the milk as hot as a coffee shop would so you have a cold latte, but not an iced latte.

Great combo unit. Makes great espresso and drip coffee, even at then same time. Looks great on our countertops. Goodbye clutter. Easy to program and use.

The De'Longhi All-in-One coffee/expresso machine works very well. We love it! It fits easily on the intended counter space, is not cumbersome, and looks good. More importantly, it makes really good brewed coffee--better than a Keurig cup--and great expressos and Lattes. We are thrilled with the purchase, and the Best Buy service rocked as always.

This is my first espresso machine. I wanted to get a new coffee maker and I opted to go for this model as it also came with an espresso maker that peaked my interest. Learning how to use it is simple enough. There's a quick-start guide and an in-depth manual. I would argue it's difficult to screw up. If it's not working, there's an operator error (read on further). I'll start with the coffee side. Good strong coffee. My previous maker (Bodum) was 4 years old and due for replacement. The issue I had previously was I would always end up with small grounds in the bottom of my mug. I do not have that issue at all with this De'Longhi. Perfect coffee every time. I also enjoy the actual non-drip spout that does not spill at all (Bodum did). Super easy to fill the water and add grounds (one review was negative because they got grounds into the water hole and had trouble cleaning it out. 100% operator error, you can remove the filter and add grounds if you're that paranoid about grounds going into the water hole). Espresso side. As I stated earlier, this is my first espresso machine so I don't have anything to compare or base it off of. There's a plastic tamper included that does the job but enthusiasts will probably hate on it. My biggest gripe with the machine is mug/cup warmer on top as it doesn't really do anything in the time it takes for water to heat up and be ready. I suppose if you left the espresso side on for an extended time, the cup might be ready but worthless feature in my opinion. My operator error story is probably common. After a few cups of espresso, it would only drip out very slowly. I learned the filter gets clogged at times and my grounds were too fine. Use a needle to clear the filter. The frother does a good job as well. Not too big of a pain to clean up. Additional accessories I would recommend purchasing with this machine is a frothing pitcher, espresso cups (most mugs may not fit), and a glass mug! Definitely recommend this machine to any espresso noobs, or anybody with disposable income who likes a fancy coffee maker on their counter and enjoys hosting their guests with some cappuccinos.

I like this coffee and espresso machine. The steamer stopped working after a month of purchase so if you are looking for a frother/steamer, I would not go with this machine.

Excellent espresso machine for the price. Also versatile since the machine can also make regular coffee. The instruction manual is not very clear and could use some improvement.

Best coffee machine I’ve ever had, I was a bit scared at first because I’ve never had anything so fancy. But this coffee machine is great!

I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift about a month ago and he LOVES it. He has literally made himself both an espresso and coffee every single day since I gifted it to him. He loves the high pressure of the espresso machine and the frother. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I love the sleekness of it and the fact that it is a two-in-one machine and takes up less space on our counter! I’m not one to usually write reviews, but this was definitely worth spending the extra money!

Overall great product. Have been using an old school espresso maker for some time and it worked, but using this machine makes a difference. The espresso is smoother and overall taste better. Still working through all its functions, but definitely impressed with what it has produced so far!
