If you are a caffeine addict, this is a must-have in your kitchen arsenal. The coffee just tastes better coming from this machine. The espresso machine is very easy to use and requires very little skill. Haven’t had a need to go to Starbucks or Dunkin since this purchase.

Because it makes phenomenal coffee and espresso. However, the frother is loud. And this is coming from someone who constantly asks people to repeat themselves because I couldn't hear them. There's no cup markers for the water (you have to use the coffee pot to fill with water to see how many cups of water you're putting in), then leave the coffee door open after it's done making the coffee to let all the condensation dry up and the button for the espresso maker doesn't always work (if it is steady as soon as I turn the espresso portion on vs. blinking, I turn it off, turn the coffee portion on and off, then turn the espresso back on again and that seems to do the trick). If you can see past these annoyances to enjoy the delicious coffee this machine makes, I say go for it. But if you'd get easily annoyed with quirks like that, you're probably going to want to pass on this one.

This is a stunning piece of equipment, but it’s functionality is annoying. It is certainly complicated at first, and we spent a week playing with it, making countless beverages that weren’t so pleasantly tasteful. If you prefer a coffee/espresso maker that’s straight forward, gets the job done, this one might not before you. The milk steamer/frother: Sprays all over the place East to burn your self Espresso maker: Difficult to use at first. I found a cheaper espresso maker that was much more convenient, and delicious. Coffee maker: Cone, reusable filter. Can be difficult to clean, so I used a disposable filter to protect the reusable filter. Comes with a carafe. This coffee maker brews GREAT coffee! If I could purchase just the coffee brewer on its on, I’d certainly take it!

We love it! Makes the best espressos. Very easy to use. My husband has become a great barista. It only took him a couple of attempts and he can froth the milk perfectly for cappuccinos. When you just want a good old fashion pot of coffee that too is A+ also.

overall I am pleased with this coffeemaker. my main complaint is that the coffee ground drawer and the carafe don't seem to fix exactly upon closing or opening the shaft. the coffee pot has to have the handle facing on the left.

Great coffee machine, it is perfect for those who like to drink lattes but also like to drink drip coffee. The only cons about this is getting the appropriate grind for the espresso to be a good shot, I took me a few times to get the correct grind, also the milk steamer is not at a good location hard to use and it takes for ever to steam the milk. Overall a good machine for a beginner at coffee! Have being using it for over 2 years now and it works just as new.

We love this coffee maker! Great for price. The only thing I will suggest to get extra warranty! we purchased this machine in 2021 May and 2022 November it stop working. Good machine but protect yourself.

So far, so good. The coffee has been great. It could be a little easier to clean, but that's a small price to pay. It's not as fancy as some of the other all-in one machines, but for our needs for an occasional espresso or whipped hot chocolate, it does the trick.

I really wanted to like this machine, but it turned out to be more challenging to use than expected. The setup and daily operation felt like too much effort, and I didn’t buy this to become a barista every morning. The coffee pot is also quite small, which made it impractical for our household. After giving it a fair try, I ended up returning it. It may work for someone who enjoys dialing in espresso, but it wasn’t the right fit for me.

Great coffee and espresso maker. However, the steamer isn't long enough to conveniently steam the milk in a taller mug. IF you are looking to microfoam this will not work.

Straight forward to use and does amazing with any coffee you put in it. I havent had any problems out of it yet and to keep it for a while.

This machine is fine for drip coffee and makes a decent espresso. It leaks a bit more than I'd prefer. Our previous DeLonghi didn't leak like this, but it also didn't make espresso as well either. So not perfect but we're enjoying it nonetheless.

All in all this is a good machine for the cost. My only complaint is that the hot water / steam reservoir is very small. It needs to heat up a couple times during the brewing process. The espresso it makes is a hair weak, but it’s still good. And the regular coffee is very good. Good machine for the cost!

Very useful and it’s versatility is great! The only thing I would say it needs is to be hotter on the espresso side

this is a fantastic machine. i love how it does everything all in one and it looks great i the kitchen. makes a great cup of coffee. i like how it makes a large pot of coffee an than capable of doing espresso and capacino on the side

Very pleased with this product. Haven’t been able to test out the espresso part, but I do love the coffee that it produces. The only issue I have which is very small, is when I go to discard the used filter I typically have water dripping out even if it’s been hours since I last brewed.

This has been with me for nearly two years and still works amazingly. I have my espresso every morning, and whenever I want throughout the day. If I want a big pot of brewed coffee instead, I got it. I love this thing!

We bought it at BestBuy on Black Friday (2022) as an early family Christmas present. We have used almost daily for brewing for about 6 months, and an estimated 100 espresso drinks. Overall, it's a good buy, for the discounted Black Friday price I paid. But, two separate machines will serve you better than this all-in-one if you have enough counter space and want to spend quite a bit more money to buy two quality machines. Pros: - It is nice for smaller counter top space. - The coffee maker works well enough. - The delay / timer is a nice feature for (relatively hot) coffee in the morning - Water reservoir for espresso maker is adequate. Cons: - Hot plate does not heat coffee to a high enough temp * Filling with tepid water requires leaving the pot on the hot plate for at least 5 minutes before pouring a cup. * Or, fill with hot water for brewing if you want a hot cup as soon as it has finished brewing. - As with low-end machines, it does take more time to get milk up to a proper temperature when making a latte. - As noted on the box - the flimsy plastic damper works, if that is all you have. I recommend replacing with a metal damper as I did. Issues: 1) The cap to the filter holder assembly handle pops off. It is (supposed to be) held on with double-sided sticky pad. it is cosmetic, but at this price it is not acceptable. 2) This is problematic, and would have been a deal breaker if I was aware before purchase: - the clock/ time slows independently. It has happened twice. The second instance - the clock was 45 minutes slow. This is not a user error issue, and not due to a power outage. I will update the review if it happens again.
