Awesome to be able to make lattes and other coffee drinks at home. Very handy. Replacement parts are *expensive,*, but it was worth it to buy a second carafe so we can have oat milk in one & whole milk in the other, ready to use as needed. Easy to use ground coffee or whole beans & you can set your preferences per user.

Love it! Easy to use, makes delicious coffee. Haven’t used the app much, to be honest. BestBuy customer service is great, and offered me to replace the milk tube that I lost.

I've been on the hunt for a fully automatic machine and came across the De'Longhi at my local Best Buy recently. I have owned fully automatic machines before but had a problem with my drinks being too watered down. We've owned this machine for a week now and this has not been a problem. My Latte Macchiatos taste just like the ones from my favorite coffee shop. The grinder feature works great. If you prefer ground coffee, the machine is great for those drinks as well. The set up was fairly easily. Along with the instructions provided, I recommend looking up a youtube video to help out with set up. Be prepared to dump the first three/ four espressos you make because they are meant to be "test drinks." There are so many drink options and I love how easy it is to maneuver through all of them with the digital screen. My daughter has loved being able to make hot chocolate with this machine. The screen will tell you when to add more coffee, when something needs to be cleaned, etc. It also automatically shuts off after it is not being used for a certain period of time. Overall, if you are a coffee fanatic who wants to invest in a quality machine, I highly recommend this De'Longhi.

Once we tried the first cup of coffee on this machine, we stopped buying coffee from starbucks and DD etc. the machine is great and works as expected. There is room for improvement however in the mobile app (slow and hard to connect) and a bit more customization of drinks will be great

So far I can't be happy enough with this machine, it was not so easy to find one, but when I got it - I'm constantly enjoying fresh coffee every single day... (I may be even increase coffee consumption... but well, it worth it). A lot of coffee options, you can use beans and ground coffee, easy to clean up, easy to do descaling. So far no any issues

So I just received the coffee maker, and after playing with it for a little bit, I'm completely sold. My coffee comes out nice and hot, and you have to remember if you only shoot two ounces of coffee and the rest is cream, it's going to be cold. With a little tweaking in the app and adding more coffee and less milk is a perfect cup of coffee. I'm running lavazza beans and grind setting from Delonghi is perfect. Setup is a breeze and the coffee tastes wonderful. Machine is much quieter than the breville. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. A plumbed water line would be a nice, you will be filling the water often if your a heavy coffee drinker. Always have a extra cup sitting on the side, since it cleans itself after every time you use the lattego. And as well as when you shut the machine down. My internet is strong and no issues with connectivity. Go for it, you won't regret it.

We were looking for a fully automatic espresso/coffee machine that would grind beans with many option for different drinks without spending 2-4K. This is where the research led us. Only caveat is to be patient in the first few weeks when finding the perfect way to make your desired drinks. But once you do, it is so more fun and cuts down the trips to pricey coffee shops.

I love coffee and currently have a non-automatic espresso machine that takes forever to warm up. I thought I would never purchase anything like this but wanted something quicker and more convenient. After doing research and deciding on a budget, I chose the Delonghi - Dinamica Plus. I couldn't be happier. This machine makes great coffee drinks and is so easy to use. If you want great tasting coffee made with ease, I highly recommend this machine. Remember to purchase good, fresh coffee beans though. If it is good for Brad Pitt, it will be great for you. But you don't have to take my word for it!

Tried ordering this from De'Longhi and had issues with their outdated site so I ordered it from Best Buy and I am so glad. They had it in store extremely fast for me to pick up. I sent a couple of emails to De'Longhi without response so I don't think their customer service will be what I would expect, but I am amazed by their product. This is by far the best coffee machine I have ever owned and I am so glad I upgraded to a De'Longhi. I hope and pray it never breaks because I think I'll be out of luck if it does, but I'm going to enjoy every drop of coffee I get from it until it does.

Love my new Espresso Machine! I've kicked my Starbucks habit and moved it to home! Machine works well. Very easy to clean. I brew both regular and decaf (using the port that you can put ground coffee into). I make a cappuccino and leave the creamer in the container and store the container in the fridge. No issues at all. Digital display is easy to follow and intuitive. Happy with my purchase.

I love my new De'Longhi Dynamic Plus. It's the best espresso machine I have ever owned. I wish I bought it before. You can of course make just regular coffee as well!

Overall I'm enjoying my De'Longhi. It's almost hands free. The reason i only gave it 4 stars is that I can't get it to make the milk hot enough for my latte.

The product is great and makes great espressos. I am used to the ease of regular coffee pots and a large reusable coffee bags. I am Colombian raised and enjoy cofre in the morning and at evenings (cafe con leche). Unfortunately for me there are a few things I couldn’t get to work or that didn’t meet my expectations. I like a decent sized coffee cup. A few ounces maybe 8-10 at least and have some heated milk with that. This machine didn’t seem to produce more than a small tiny cup. I understand expresó but every setting I tried would only yield a few ounces. If you are happy having to make about four coffees to fill a regular sized cup then enjoy it, is good coffee but this didn’t worked out for me.

Great machine, 4 cups a day never a problem. Have to fill up reservoir every two days.

Overall, this is a nice machine but I did end up returning it. If you really like milk drinks and don’t mind a little extra cleanup then this is the machine for you. We realized that we weren’t the right clientele for this unit. We just enjoy a good cup of coffee…freshly ground and straight black. The flat whites and cappuccinos were good for an occasional change-up (as long as you don’t mind the milk/foam temperature warm; not hot) but not worth it to us for the price paid. I do have to say that the App is way to finicky and slow in regards to connecting with Bluetooth and shouldn’t be necessary to use the machine the way you want. We now have a Moccamaster that only makes a fresh pot of coffee and we’re happy.

After having this machine for quarter of the year now, I can say that this product is very worth it. I can't live without this product anymore.

This may be one of the best coffee makers out there. It consistently makes a cup of coffee every single time. Including Espressos / Lattes, etc. this is my second one, first purchase is at home and has worked perfectly and daily for two consecutive years. Well built. Well designed. Only missing feature is a dedicated water hookup. It’s not inexpensive relative to other machines, but I feel I got what I paid for.

I love it but I don't find it attractive. I am very pleased with how easy it is to make my favorite coffee beverages, and even with using vegan milks. However, I wish they did better with design. I would have loved an ivory or light color. Its nice that the milk carafe is insulated as well. I do wish the coffee maker was taller as I can not fit a regular travel mug (16oz) underneath but have to instead pour it into it from a cup instead. The bottom metal plate that the mug sits on does scratch easily which is a shame. The construction of some parts feel cheap, a lot of plastic parts. Overall, it is very nice but very costly. Wish they did a little more for design and construction quality.
