Its a great no fuss machine for people who dont want to mess around too much and just want to enjoy good coffee. Its fully automated and once you twrak to your settings, all you need to donis push the button and thats it. Saves so much time in the morning. Takes very less counter space and the display gives all the instruction right down to maintenance. A but expensive but you are paying for the convenience. Wish it did a cold foam but not a deal breaker.

Have owned this for over 8 months now and still makes great coffee. One of the biggest problems with past machines was always the descaling. It never seemed to work well for other machines. This one works as well as day one as far as taste of the coffee. Very customizable if you use the app, but honestly even just on the screen you have the option to brew more coffee or milk while the machine is making your coffee, so you wouldn't even need to fool with the customizations if you didn't want to. I like the ability to easily change the grind of the bean and the intensity though. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

We had a De'Longhi Magnifica for over 15 years. It was still working but gave it to a friend after picking up the Dinamica Plus. This machine is faster and quieter than the original one we had. Makes great coffee. The milk frother does need cleaning every week.

Have had this now for 2 months and it stopped working yesterday. Love the machine and the way it makes different coffees. Very user friendly. However, for $1,700 I would expect it to last much longer. I've seen a few other reviews about this same issue. Now it's a pain in the rear to return it to get it fixed and be without a good machine for weeks. Disappointed.

Moved to this from a Keurig, so, yes, there was a pretty steep learning curve. After figuring out how to set each of our preferences for the available drinks (there are many), it's pretty straight-forward. Have to say, the ability for each of us to create our own settings it worth its weight in gold.

This has been a lifesaver. Although expensive, I have yet to go to a coffee shop since I purchased it 2 years ago (2022). So far it has been working great and better than the k cups or Nespresso pods. It has so many options to choose from! I would purchase all over again!

Absolutely love the machine, it’s our first espresso machine and we had a drip machine before this. I drink more hot coffee now than I ever have I’m in love with the thing. Anyone that says it’s loud doesn’t have children. I’ve only had it about a month so time will tell with the descaling and all of that. Only down side is you can’t put anything over about 5.5 inches under it cup wise, and the iced coffee feature is a waste imo but I may be doing something wrong. I just make iced espresso and cool it with cream first.

Purchased this about a month or so back & I have mixed feelings ... Pros: - Intuitive - Recipe creation - Profiles - BT (to start machine remotely) Cons: - Water tank needs to be filled every 3 days (with about 2 coffee cups a day & one cappuccino) - Descaling process --- uses a LOT ... LOT of water... requires you to fill the tank 2 times during this cycle - Hot water spout - Be careful this can easily get misplaced/lost. - Microwave operation affects the unit. I get error codes; or the unit recycles.

Upgrading from a Breville coffee machine. This is super smooth to use! Very low maintenance in general and get the job done! Would recommend to anyone! This is the second in the family... my brother use it in a store and server ~20 coffees per day for the last 3 years without a single issue

Ok, other than the fact that this unit is pretty pricey, (it will pay for itself if you get your latte at home instead of at the drive through), the much touted wifi is truly useless. The idea of using your app to make your coffee before you get out of bed is blown out of the water when you realize the first thing the machine does when it comes on is rinse itself. So, unless you want the rinse water as part of your morning coffee, this just doesn't happen. What this machine does do very well is make very good coffee. Where could it be improved? Well, you have to make sure you check the water and milk levels in the tanks and the bean quantity in the hopper before you select your coffee. Otherwise, the machine will start the cup and only let you know if it is short of water or coffee after it has wasted a cup. For the water level, a simple float in the tank that would tell you on the front panel if you needed to add water would be great. Perhaps a small spring switch to let you know upfront if the hopper needs beans as well. Are these being nit picky, on a $100 coffee maker yes, but on one that is well north of $1000, absolutely not. It is a good machine, but for this kind of money, it should be an outstanding machine. I would not recommend this machine unless it is heavily discounted.

I really like the way it works , I feel like I'm at Starbucks but saving money .
