The machine is as the name says, fully automatic. Great inbuilt drink options to choose from or create your own. Very quiet even while grinding the beans. Worth the price

The machine can make expresso drinks and regular coffee. It even can make 6 cup regular coffee. Very versatile so it is worth the price in a long-run.

Bluetooth it’s only ok

Less than a year in it stopped grinding coffee bean and I tried everything to resolve the issue but was unable to. I then reached out to customer support (Delonghi) who help to trouble shoot it and identified that it couldn't be repaired. Told me they would send an email and asked me to provide information which I did. It has been a month and a half of them ignoring me, failing to respond to emails, failing to follow up, and hanging up when tried to call (after waiting 40 minutes on the phone). Their customer service is terrible especially for this expensive of a machine.
