The volume is perfect and taste is soo much better. I really want to keep this but the wifi connect piece by Bluetooth only works with older phones. Doesnt day on the box until you go to online support pages and customer rep. Using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and couldnt justify an extra $200 for a feature that doesnt work. Looking for a Delonghi now just without the connect wifi function.

This is an awesome machine, BUT the app is VERY WONKY and flat out annoying, so if you're a tech junkie hoping to use this from bed, this isn't the machine for you!

All I can say is WOW. set up was easy. getting the grind perfect took a few tries (llike 10 - 15) it takes 3 cups to get the grind set to see how it will come out. but once you have the grind set, no more setting changes. THIS COFFEE is the BEST I have ever had. from fancy coffee shops, nothing compares. Having zero issues. I am constantly surprised at the quality of an espresso DAILY. If you can afford it do it.
