Very convenient machine as it makes just about any espresso drink you can think of. Very pricey so look for a deal before buying. My only complaint is the drinks simply are not hot enough, even at the highest temp setting.

Excellent coffeemaker! Who needs Starbucks, you can make your favorite lattes, cappuccinos, etc. You can grind your favorite beans to perfection. Highly recommend

This is an excellent coffee maker. It is very versatile and easy to use. The only drawback is the relatively small water tank which requires constant refilling for us heavy coffee drinkers.

I grew tired of using the Nespresso and being forced to buy a specific coffee. I'm very happy with the switch. It is by far the best automatic coffee maker I've ever owned.

I purchased this through BestBuy and the process was easy, and the coffee maker was great while it worked. Less than a year in it stopped grinding coffee bean and I tried everything to resolve the issue but was unable to. I then reached out to customer support (Delonghi) who help to trouble shoot it and identified that it couldn't be repaired. Told me they would send an email and asked me to provide information which I did. It has been a month and a half of them ignoring me, failing to respond to emails, failing to follow up, and hanging up when tried to call (after waiting 40 minutes on the phone). Their customer service is terrible especially for this expensive of a machine.

We love our new coffee maker...it's like having a Starbucks in our kitchen. Got to admit that I never imagined spending that on a coffee machine, but having an automatic cappuccino with the froth done for me is pretty worth it!

Bought this machine around 5 months ago and the screen is going blank. I would’ve given this espresso machine a 5 star review because of the great tasting coffee and the ease of use. I’m very disappointed because I decided to make a bigger ticket purchase thinking I would get a quality machine that would last me several years. This was the first time I bought a De’Longhi and I don’t think it was worth it.

Fantastic machine. Griding and extracting, frothing, user interface....all terrific.

I was very excited at first, but after multiple uses I am not impressed. I have watched the video tutorials and read instructions on how to fine tune the grinder and it always seems like it is too bitter. I thought it was the brand of coffee beans I was using , but I’ve tried multiple brands. It will also randomly smoke when it grinds the coffee beans. Also I don’t understand the hype and convenience with the milk container but once again I am Not impressed with the foam. There is only 3 settings steamed milk, almost foam, and airy foam. It leaves no room for customization.
