I love this coffee maker. It took me a minute to get my grind and dose dialed in, but now that I have, I'm probably drinking too much coffee! And the steam wand produces the RICHEST microfoam. I'm like Dr. Evil in Austin Powers II doing the "Belgian dip".

So far, the machine has worked well. We have had to talk to tech service to get an issue fixed but it has been good after that. Easy to figure out.

Excellent coffee machine that effortlessly grinds and make the best coffee for your household. The frother is a nice addition that makes the perfect Latte. An additional feature that I like is the hot water dispenser to fill your cup up to make tea.

Most people who are considering this unit are most likely also looking at the equivalent Breville Barista Express too. It's your preference since both are great machines. I personally decided to go with this Delonghi because of the easy-to-use tamper system. You just pull down the lever for an even tamper every time. Also, it's useful to have the hot water dispenser next to the espresso spout so you don't have to move your cup for hot water to fill your cup for Americanos. Again, it's just a personal preference, but the Delonghi just looked better in person compared to the Breville too.

Quick guide offers easy first use. Timer is a great feature so not to keep the machine on. Too off energy saver as I felt the espresso wasn't as hot as I prefer.

Absolutely love this machine well built and makes the perfect cup of coffee or espresso takes a little tweaking at first and when you change to a different type of coffee or flavor but overall this is a fantastic machine.

Great first espresso machine. Makes high end cafe type coffee. My wife an I use it every morning and evening, making espresso's and americano's I haven't experienced any of the issues other people have mentioned in terms of leaks etc

I bought La Specialista Espresso for my husband for Father's Day. Almost a month later it's really does make the best tasting coffee. Finding the perfect amount and type of grind takes a little time but once you find it, wow.

First let me say this is a semi automatic device. Meaning it has a few automated features but is still very much a manual espresso machine. The burr grinder is fantastic, and the auto tamper makes it quick and easy to tamp. The portafilter handle is the heaviest I have found for a home device, meaning I don’t think I could break it if I tried. The wand allows for a semi automatic froth, or full manual stem or frothing option which I prefer. There is a bit of a learning curve but don’t let that daunt you. You learn quick even without previous experience. Kudos to DeLonghi for replacing the drain pan which was a production matter on my device. Arrived in a week and fixed the issue. This device is far more robust and sturdy than the Breville in my opinion, and that is an amazing device in itself.

I'm happy with this machine so far. Smart tamper equals less mess. Milk frother is nice. Makes great drinks. If you love your coffee drinks and love to make those Starbucks runs.. this is worth the money.

AMAZING! I love it. Makes really good espresso, just like what you get in Italy. And the no hassle milk frother. My husband and I love our cappuccino in the morning. Money well spent. Highly recommend.

THE BEST THING I have bought in a LONG TIME!!! Don't have to go to Dunkin Donuts or Star Bucks as much as I used to, this thing is paid for by the money saved not going to them.

Good quality and with several ways to use this as a family centerpiece that is easy to use. My first but it is performing as I expected.

This machine is amazing. The cappuccino from this machine so good that our friends always ask to make them list two. You will be amazed how good the coffee is from this machine. Don’t think twice just go and get one.

Gave this to my wife for Christmas and usually I get into trouble when I give her appliances, but this cappuccino machine was a tremendous hit! It gets used everyday at least two or three times. She Loves it!

I love coffee! I love espresso and I just love my new DeLonghi espresso machine! It’s a good quality machine that looks and acts like a commercial grade coffee machine.

Long awaited the purchase of this espresso maker, love it. Best Buy made it an easy purchase and it was great to see it at a sale price when I finally clicked “purchase” online.

Love all the features make sure to watch the you tube video it helps with understanding all the functions of this machine. A little $ but so worth it.

It is very good machine. It is very quiet machine, way much quiter than Breville. Espressocoffee comes out very good as well. It comes with lots of hi tech sensers. However, it is bulky. I do not like big side temper arm too much. And, inside steamer is plastic, which concerns me. It is very high heat. And lastly, portofilter edge is too sharp. Other than that, this is easy to use, good quality espresso machine.

This will pay for itself as I make my morning Caramel Macchiatos. Thanks to Covid --I have to anyways! So why not save some money in the process. Easy to use and clean.
