At first it was a little intimidating especially since I never have used one. The initial setup can be a little confusing and time consuming. So I do recommend looking at he setup videos on YouTube, they help a lot. Now that it is setup we love it. The flavor of the coffee is amazing. I can make my favorite coffee drinks in seconds.

Hard to get the settings adjusted to perform in the ‘optimal’ zone. Had to watch several YouTube videos to help guide the adjustments. Bean characteristics affect output quality as well.
