Harder to get out of the box than it is to use! Great espresso with a little more coffee than the recommended dose in the portafilter. Milk frother does all the work and shuts off when she is done! Absolutely perfect for me!!

It was between this and the Breville Barista. I went with this one because of the tamping system. My nephew has the Barista and he likes this one better. It's heavy built with quality construction. We make 4-8 espresso's everyday.

I purchased this and it had a faulty spout for the filter. I exchanged it the next day. The day after, it started to overheat after one cup of coffee and the overheat warning light is not going away and the machine is not working, It also has problems with the water tank sensor. It keeps saying to add water while it is full. It is necessary to move the water tank and put it back, awkward because it is behind. I do not recommend this. At this price we expected a quality machine that will last longer than 2 days.

Bought this hoping for good things, and it’s amazing when it works. However, if any water is left in the machine, it leaks out the front by morning. This is maddeningly frustrating, especially from an $800 machine. I’ve heard a new tray might help, but it should have came from the factory this way. Outside of the leaking issue, it’s a 5 star machine. However, holding water is kind of what it’s supposed to do. If I could do it again, I’m not sure I’d make this purchase.

Love it without any exceptions. Replaced a large Starbucks expense. There have been no operational problems which means 0 issues with the the unit. The cost of the unit which was at first felt high but will be recovered quickly.

Great instructions that are easy to understand. A great looking machine. Getting the coffee grinder to work takes some study.

I ma very impressed with this machine. It replaced my Breville machine. I have used it for a month and enjoying every aspect of me. I am happy I can make more than just a cappuccino.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. When it works it makes a great cup of coffee. However, it is March and already it has stopped working and I have to send it off to get fixed. Before this, I had to called customer support for other minor issues.

Gave this as a gift. The person has used it everyday since it was given and has fallen in love with making specialty coffees. High price but well worth it.

Started using it, and discovered a water leak. It worked well otherwise, and it has a steep learning curve. But the leak showed up, and I was wondering why it was using so much water. I will probably look at this machine again, but I hope the quality control is better.

This machine is worth every penny. My son and I loved using it. We had to return it just because of bean grinder height would not let it fit on kitchen slab.
