Wish we would have done is sooner! From the ease of use to the quality shots provided, this is a no brainer.

The pressure for coffee needs to be at a certain level as well and I can’t even figure out how to make it come out like “honey” as they say In the tutorial videos. Other than that it makes great coffee. Overtime it gets bad.

I’ve had it for 4 mo the and use it every day to make my morning coffee and lattes that are just as good as any barista! It heats well, grinds the beans consistently & love the built in tamping feature. I bought another brand first but returned it as it was so complicated. DeLonghi is the way to go.

Makes excellent coffee and super easy to use once you get it dialed in just right. My only gripe would be the learning curve on initial set up to get it to perform the way it should and had to do a little research outside of the user manual to get it to perform as it should. Which honestly is splitting hairs so i just gave it an all out 5 across the board.

I’m not sure about the milk wand, I think the original specialista may have had a better steam stem then the prestigio. Overall we love it.

Machine seems to be made well. Only negative is how long it takes to descale the machine which seems to be needed in one to two months depending on how often it is used and how hard your water is.

Finally an espresso without the need for a trip to Peet's. This was a really well researched purchase and it paid off. Now, I have achieved elite espresso as well as adaptive functionality. The ability to make a perfect Americano is a real boon. I feel like I am back in Italy without the twelve hour flight.
