Make sure to adjust the water hardness level. Also, took couple of tried to get the right grind for the coffee to be perfect, but that's expected. Also, make sure to clean your milk container regularly to avoid loss of frothing that many complain about. The instructions could be a bit better as it doesn't tell you about this. There's a fourth piece that comes off that you have to clean! Overall happy with the purchase and the fact that there is a 2 year warranty helps a lot.

Good but not for us!

Worth The Price!

Another advantage compared to Nespresso machines (even the ones with the automatic frother) is the fact that you can use your own beans with this machine. I did have a hiccup with the LatteCrema system on the second day with it bot frothing the milk properly, but it eventually fixed itself after a rinse of the milk container and its parts. I also think it’s worth it to get Best Buy’s extended warranty with this machine in case anything goes wrong.
