I’ve had zero issues and it makes great Espresso and coffee.

I have made more than I can count, latté's, coffee's, espressos. Both caffeinated and decaf. The machine really works flawlessly. The coffee is delicious. I would consider this machine pretty durable, as I use this machine in a portable fashion and meet people at many different locations throughout the month. It's light enough to be able to transport fairly easily in the box, using a collapsible wagon.

We currently have this super automatic and a manual one and the manual one can be hit or miss. The 4 stars is because of course it doesn't come close to an actual espresso manual machine but the ease of use is what most people get it for. Good for milk drinks but espresso by itself is ok.

Early to fill the water tank and easy to clean out the espresso bean grounds. I like that everything is fully automatic with this machine - the only work that is required to make an excellent, delicious latte, espresso or cappuccino is to fill the water tank, pour in espresso beans and fill the forthrer with milk - and everything else is automatic and clean-up is easy! I love this machine and will be buying a lot less from cafes so I am saying money in the long run!

We use this daily for coffee and Latte Machiattos! Only suggestion is they should include written instructions in the manual and not just pictures. If you cannot figure out what the picture is instructing you to do....there are helpful YouTube tutorials.

I love the taste of its latte. It helps me to start the day positively ☺️ I am not a big fan of strong coffee, thus I go with milk options, the smell and texture are amazing. Yes, I do prefer to have my coffee at home instead of buying from the shop.

It was harder to operate. Now I have the ease of a coffee maker that had great flavor and easy to make. I can load my coffee beans and make a latte, macchiato etc. I can also make hot tea. Easy to operate. Love my machine. Waiting to see how things work out when it is time to descale.
