It was harder to operate. Now I have the ease of a coffee maker that had great flavor and easy to make. I can load my coffee beans and make a latte, macchiato etc. I can also make hot tea. Easy to operate. Love my machine. Waiting to see how things work out when it is time to descale.

This one works really well but it's worth spending the money on the upgraded model. If you just like espresso and a few different drinks this one works great. Still way better than a regular coffee machine

Amazing experience and still try to figure out what we like most. Totally new era for coffee making. A little bit more maintenance than other kind of coffee machines ( not espresso ones) but no regret. Enjoy a perfect coffee with this machine.

Super easy to use once you learn the modes, and it tells you exactly when it needs something(whether it be frother clean, more water, etc). This was my first “big girl” purchase and I have no regrets! It’s lovely.

2 Years later and still the best!

I am in the morning. This machine does everything I need and essentially only requires that I disassemble the milk frother and clean it out. This task takes only a couple minutes which is well worth the time! Quality machine!
