Great Machin now I would say I got great and smooth coffee ❤️

besides it looks great on my counter I love this machine, absolutely recommend it, my husband loves it, we are not coffee experts but the taste for every coffee its perfect for us, I love iced coffees and this is working great for me

This was a gift for someone. They have not stopped raving about it. Said it makes the best coffee they have ever had.

It worked well once I got all the setting just right, which was an extensive process (e.g. adjusting grind levels, water output, temperature, etc.). Wish there was a way to get foamed milk without having to make coffee -> a work around is to select the ground coffee option without putting any ground coffee in and selecting latte options...it'll create the foam then do nothing since there's no ground coffee.

I love making my espresso drinks every morning, that I don't miss going to Starbucks. Easy to make an espresso drink at the touch of a button. Even easier to clean. What's even better, I got a price match - and it was a steal.

Makes really great coffee, easy to use. The descaling options is a little tedious.

Game changer. My first espresso machine. Amazing experience and still try to figure out what we like most. Totally new era for coffee making. A little bit more maintenance than other kind of coffee machines ( not espresso ones) but no regret. Enjoy a perfect coffee with this machine.

This machine is worth the purchase if you have the funds. Super easy to use once you learn the modes, and it tells you exactly when it needs something(whether it be frother clean, more water, etc). This was my first “big girl” purchase and I have no regrets! It’s lovely.

This is easy to use, make great espresso and cleaning is a breeze.

I bought this one after buying the upgraded model because I love the machine. This one works really well but it's worth spending the money on the upgraded model. If you just like espresso and a few different drinks this one works great. Still way better than a regular coffee machine

I have had this machine less than a month, but love it so far!! It makes great coffee and espresso drinks and is very easy to use.

The unit works well for a moderate range of beverages. It's saved me time and cleans up easily. I'd buy another one of their machines in the future.

We purchased this after finding a semi-automatic machine to be too labor intensive. I am in the morning. This machine does everything I need and essentially only requires that I disassemble the milk frother and clean it out. This task takes only a couple minutes which is well worth the time! Quality machine!

Beautiful machine and easy to use for making barista quality cups of coffee

When it works it is fine, but it has constant faults related to the hot water circuit. Following all the trouble-shooting guides doesn't resolve. Unplug, wait a day, then it will work again for a couple days before faulting again.

You haven't had coffee till you had a cup from this machine! 2 years later and it's still running like new. We get the best coffee money can buy in the comfort of our home. It's like living with a barista!

Got it for my wife, for Christmas. She’s a big St**b**ks fan. Easy to set up. Truly automatic. It is great. She loves it.

A few flaws but overall really good machine. I first tried the Phillips but for some reason the coffee / drinks were too light or watered down. Does require descaling and water filter changes frequently. But there is nothing better than putting beans / milk in and getting a great beverage.
