I be. Honest with you. I live on coffee. O roadt my own coffee. I had few Espresso machines. This one so far the best. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Other brands are or dufficult to use, or very high on maintenance. I love tgat i can use grounds with every option. Some machine wont give u that option. Thank you.

Owned a Delonghi Rialto for 13000+ cups and finally needed a replacement. The EVO is an excellent machine, good coffee and expresso, crema quality is great. Milk function is great and easy. Glad I got that addition. New machine is quick, quiet, and makes a quality cup. Delonghi makes a good product.

First espresso maker and love it!! Definitely looked at a lot of videos that helped decide to get this one and the tricks to use it since never operated any kind of espresso machine before. Use it every day now!

I've had this machine now for 13 months and my biggest complaint is the temperature- or lack thereof. I wish I could adjust the temperature to make the coffee hotter. I've always had to warm up my brewed beverages in the microwave. My Mom stopped using it and went back to Keurig. I will look to upgrade for that simple fact (not hot enough). I sometimes have to "pre-warm" the milk. :( For the price... I shouldn't have to do any of that.

Great machine - impressed with the coffee brew. Makes excellent espresso and espresso style drink. Coffee was is not as a hot however as a normal k-cup or pot machine.

The perfect coffee machine everything works as described. The only thing I don't like it's the cleaning of the machine in the beginning and at the end when you turn it off otherwise the machine it's perfect.

i love this coffee maker. gives me the SB experience at home. no need to spend $7 for a coffee. and the freshly ground coffee is excellent.u cant beat the taste of freshly grind coffee every morning.0

Makes amazing coffee and espresso, I was hoping it would be easier to clean and decal.

Love this easy clean up one touch machine. Do not expect the milk frothing part to be perfect and you will not be disappointed.

I've had mine for about 5 months now. Still makes tasty coffee quickly (2 stars), but I wish I had just gotten a regular, manual espresso machine. The Magnifica requires maintenance and cleaning at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals. Some of my complaints: - Coffee grounds build up inside the machine where it's difficult and dangerous to clean them out. This is causing all the different removable parts to just not fit together as easily, and this is getting worse each day. - The water reservoir is very small and you'll have to refill it every day. after just a few months, the container doesn't slide back in properly and never feels like it's seated correctly. - The catch for the used coffee needs to be emptied several times a week depending on how much you use it. - Needs to be descaled monthly - Water filter needs to be replace every few months depending on the hardness of your water. However, the filter is optional if you've got good water from somewhere else - The machine auto shuts down way too soon. seems that exactly when i finish my first cup and get up to get a second, it's shutting down, then I have to go through the start up procedure over again. - Milk frother doesn't make the foamiest of milk, and you have to completely disassemble it in order to clean it every time or else you get soiled milk inside it. - Descaling process is not clearly explained, had to look up a youtube video - Waaaay too expensive for the amount of work you have to put into it and it only gives you a few options. - The touch pad buttons suck, very easy to accidentally push the wrong button. - I just don't feel like it will last much longer :(
