The water container isn't big enough. The descaling and change filter lights came on after about 3 weeks, I descaled and changed the filter and theyre both on again after 3 weeks... doesn't sdeem right

clumpy and thick frothing - not good

In less than a month, the milk is clumpy and thick and not frothing correctly. And of course, it's beyond the return period. I expect more from this expensive machine, especially owning a Perfecta in the past that lasted about 7 years.

The only thing I don't like it's the cleaning of the machine in the beginning and at the end when you turn it off otherwise the machine it's perfect.

Good, but the coffee comes out a bit warm.

I wish I could adjust the temperature to make the coffee hotter. I've always had to warm up my brewed beverages in the microwave. My Mom stopped using it and went back to Keurig. I will look to upgrade for that simple fact (not hot enough). I sometimes have to "pre-warm" the milk. :( For the price... I shouldn't have to do any of that.
