make great coffee and espresso drinks. ground coffee hopper could be a little larger

Its a good coffee maker, i suggest that you look at the youtube videos that demo the machine, it really helps. It took me several tries to grind the perfect cup by adjusting the settings but when it worked, its a joyous cup of Joe!

This caffee machine is great for people in hurry in the morning.You make caffee very fast just with push a botton.

This automatic espresso machine is very user friendly. It does take some adjustments to get the strength and consistency that you prefer. Easy to clean. Overall happy with this product.

Since purchase, this coffee maker has had persistent, unresolved issues despite my repeated attempts to work with the manufacturer customer service team: Ongoing Problems: ∙ The “empty coffee grounds” light remains constantly illuminated, even after emptying ∙ Coffee consistently brews watery and weak ∙ Coffee quality has never met the standards advertised for this product My Efforts to Resolve: I have made multiple good-faith attempts to fix these issues, including: ∙ Sending several emails to customer service ∙ Making phone calls to your support line ∙ Recording and submitting videos documenting each problem as requested by your representatives Unfortunately, despite providing all requested documentation, I received no effective solution or resolution from them. I have given this product every opportunity to perform as advertised, but it has been a consistent disappointment and has not delivered the value I expected for the price I paid.

It was a bit tricky to use for pre-ground coffee at first, but it was great once we figured out the process. Makes great coffee every time and the preset options are customizable and very convenient.

working pretty good so far, had a few hiccups. think I am keeping it, but sometimes the machine alerts are too infrequent.

I love this machine. I have been using it since February and it has been great. I was tasked to buy one for work and I loved it so much that I had to get one for home.

Did allot of research for automatic machine, obsessed for months if it was worth spending the money so glad I did I love this coffee pot. Took a little while to set up and learn settings but very easy to follow user manual

Expensive, but so far worth it. If you are looking for a relatively easy latte machine that makes great coffee, this is it. Caveat, only had it for 3 weeks but we've used it several times each day.

Love this coffee maker. I enjoy all the different coffee options I can make for whatever I’m in the mood for. Also, it’s a plus that I can use whole beans or ground beans. Love it.

We LOVE IT. It’s much better then paying money for Starbucks , makes coffee so fast and if u want a cold one just make a few espresso shots on ice and add milk, it’s so great
