||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since purchase, this coffee maker has had persistent, unresolved issues despite my repeated attempts to work with the manufacturer customer service team: Ongoing Problems: ∙ The “empty coffee grounds” light remains constantly illuminated, even after emptying ∙ Coffee consistently brews watery and weak ∙ Coffee quality has never met the standards advertised for this product My Efforts to Resolve: I have made multiple good-faith attempts to fix these issues, including: ∙ Sending several emails to customer service ∙ Making phone calls to your support line ∙ Recording and submitting videos documenting each problem as requested by your representatives Unfortunately, despite providing all requested documentation, I received no effective solution or resolution from them. I have given this product every opportunity to perform as advertised, but it has been a consistent disappointment and has not delivered the value I expected for the price I paid.
