Machine stopped working after couple drinks

The machine stopped working after just three weeks, maybe five or six drinks total. I’m extremely disappointed. Best Buy won’t accept a return because I’m a couple of days past their 15-day window, and the manufacturer has been nearly impossible to reach. When I finally did, they told me to return it to Best Buy. Overall, a very frustrating situation. Think twice (or more) before purchasing this.

I’ve put this up against the Gaggia Academia and I’ve seen numerous times other have gone to use this one over the other. I really like the carafe spout vs other methods.
