Excellent drinks, love the milk frother, hot espresso drinks so easy to make, machine is easy to clean and maintain. Only thing I wish I could change (maybe I can and haven’t figured it out yet) is making the default for latte drinks to be a double shot instead of the single.

Ordered this espresso machine for our kitchen on the office. Very easy to clean, makes delicious coffee and I love the fact that you don’t have to clean milk compartment every time, and you can just store it in the fridge. Highly recommended!

It makes all of the drinks that we enjoy to perfection- latte, cappuccino, espresso, even regular coffee. You will no longer be tempted to go to your local cafe! Surprisingly easy to maintain and clean- easier to clean than our coffee maker with integral bean grinder. But you do need to plan on cleaning it after each day of use. Engineering is exceptional. The only complaint is that the literature sucks. We like to grind very fine, so we initially adjusted it to the finest setting. The machine would not make a drink, until we increased the grinder setting to a little coarser. It took watching several YouTube videos to discover this was the issue- a reviewer had the same issue. This should be mentioned in the Troubleshooting section of the manual, but it was not. We’ve been using it for a month now, the drinks are amazing and it has exceeded our expectations!

Love making the automatic coffees with the push buttons and have started trying some more advanced recipes- and that makes the EVO even better! One complaint - the milk frother was not working but I found a fix on the internet - place a white napkin over the sensor when using milk and it has been working like a charm ever since. If you like coffee drinks I think you would enjoy this. Before I made my purchase I checked on many different brands and this kept getting great reviews

The machine is a very nice option for me. The automatic milk frother is one of my favorite features. I have had a similar machine that I had to do on my own and the machine does better. The features are pretty sophisticated and take time to understand so you need to be patient. I had to call in to DeLonghi to get help. I waited about an hour to get help, but the person who help me was excellent. They send a link so they can see the machine and walk you through the steps. Overall I am happy with it, but it is a learning curve to get through the features.

Hands down makes excellent coffee and cappuccino's. Crema on every single coffee that you will stop buying at chain coffee shops. Frother is also top notch and Super easy to clean. If you want a “one button” machine that grinds fresh beans and froths milk then this is for you. DeLonghi customer service very helpful which not all companies can have. However the manual does not cover all aspects of “how to situations” because anything outside of the 5 buttons needs explanation.

Most of the flavors from fancy Coffee Shops if you load it with good beans. I overpay for a well roasted coffee beans, I do no need to overpay twice by going to their brick and mortar storefront everyday (or every other day). I do not think I have ever been compelled to write a review until this product. I am incredibly satisfied and would recommend. Easy to set up, easy to dial in, and consistently great performance.

I was a littel skeptical at first due to the price tag. Even after the first few days i was still skeptical. BUT then I saw how attached my wife was to the machine, lol. All our guests and family loved it and they said the quality was great. So overall I'm very pleased with it after owning it for a little while now. I would suggest this machine for sure.

This coffee machine is the best I’ve ever owned. Every time I brew a cup, it comes out perfectly. Yes, it might be a bit expensive, but it’s totally worth it. I highly recommend it.

Must have for coffee lovers and entertainers. It's a press and go system. It doesn't not have a lot of customize options but enough to make many types of drinks. Wife loves how simple it is to operate, press select and go. It grinds, froths, controls strengths and is self cleaning for the milk froth. Highly recommend.

Great coffee machine. Goodbye Nespresso (used to believe there is no better coffee then from Nespresso). Cannot stop making different types of coffees, playing with strength and flavors. I even convinced few of my friends to purchase same machine while it is on sale. This machine is easy to set, easy to use.... Just handle it with love and you will get love in return. So, it is best pre Christmas gift I ever made to myself.

İ used to have Manuel machine from Same brand. Coffee was very tasty. This one is more user friendly and fully automatic. İ like the automation part. Quality of the taste is always good. You can not go wrong with this choice

This multi-functional espresso machine is a marvel of engineering. I can use beans or ground coffee. It can make regular coffee, iced coffee, tea, espresso, cappucino, or a macchiato. It is easy to use and clean, the milk frother makes beautiful froth with skim milk, you can adjust the grind of the beans as well as the strength of the brew. Truly, it had everything I wanted, and makes a perfect cappucino. It doesn't take up that much counter space. And, it was on sale at Best Buy!

Really good machine for the price point. Easy to clean, can brew by grinding beans or adding preground coffee to a separate compartment. The brewing unit is a little low for today’s “yeti” type of mugs to fit under. The water compartment is a bit small and requires daily refills, but overall a really good machine for the price point.
