Ive had the machine for just over 2 months now and i love it ! I love that i can customize ewch drink however i want and also have seperate profiles to use woth my wife. Add an extra shot to that drink, no problem, the unit will store thet information too. Heats up fast and easy to clean! One of thr best purchases ive made over thr passed 2 years. Makes coffee from fresh beans too easy and for the price its totally worth it.

I wanted a coffee maker that made hot water for tea, used beans of our choice, not pods, had a frother but one I didn't need to clean. I know I know I sound so lazy but I don't have time to learn to be a barista. I do not want to tamp and measure and figure out a wand. This machine is MY BUILT IN AT HOME BARISTA! I push a button and get a frothy capuccino using my pre ground decaf and coconut milk. I can make an afternoon tea. Each family member has a profile with their customizations. This machine tells me to clean the frother, I turn dial and it runs hot water through it. I get told when to descale and it prompts me through the steps. It tells me when to empty grounds, fill water reservoir, put frother back in fridge. I literally do not have to think and I look like such a badass hostess when offering lattes and cappuccino!!!! We all LOVE

Wow, this machine has it all and makes delicious coffee and barista style drinks and makes it so easy to change the settings!! The only thing it needs is making it easier to switch out what type of beans, you either have to dig them out or use them till they are gone before adding which beans you want.

I researched about 6 different machines before choosing this one. I based my choice on features, ease of use, and bang for the buck. All in all I believe this was a good choice for us and what we need from a "coffee maker". The touch screen is very easy to use and the best feature for me is I can still use ground coffee for a traditional cup of coffee, but also add steamed milk and an espresso shot if I want. The milk frothing container is easy to attach and to clean, AND is stores in the fridge if you have left over milk. Our ONLY complaint is while it makes drinks hot, we wish it was hotter. Other than that, we are very happy with this machine.

Makes great coffee. Heats up fairly fast. I don't make milk drinks so I have nothing to say about the milk drinks but the machine makes great espressos, americanos and coffee. The strength and brew sizes are also customizable. Great machine with a not too large footprint. I have been using it multiple times a day for over a month now and I have no regrets.

Got this as a gift for my fiance. She loves her caffeine fix and this was perfect. It has several options, easy to use, can pre-set your favorites, and they taste real good. Easy to maintain. Since I got it, she has saved a lot by cutting out starbucks. Friends and family also enjoy it and comment on it when they see it. Overall, i would greatly recommend.

Excellent product, the best espresso I have ever!! Easy to use and very easy to clean

There are many choices of coffee or coffee with milk. I like that I can have my own profile, and when I make adjustments to the coffee they all be saved to my profile. I also like that the milk container is covered. When I am finished, the machine rinses the spout of the milk and then I just place it back in the refrigerator to use later.

We are experimenting on upping our espresso game. Starting the journey with a decade old Nespresso, a fairly low bar, our small first step was the inexpensive Roc Presso Smartshot and buying ground coffee from local coffee roasters. It was noticeably better, but the cost, hassle, and the potential of fresh ground drove us to level up. Next came another frugal step to a Philips Baristina Automatic Espresso Machine. Like the ROK it made a decent cup compared to the Nespresso, but not even close to coffeehouse quality. They were both, as several reviewers have stated, a bit watered down and lacked smoothness, likely in part to us not addressing the need to get a quality grinder. Fortunately, we had technical issues with the Philips right away, or we might have been stuck on this level for longer. The glitchy machine was returned and we made the jump what reviewers call the "low midlevel fully automated level" with this De'Longhi Magnifica Plus, largely in part because it was on sale and we had Bestbuy gift certificates to offset the expense. After dialing in the grinder on the machine according to some reviewers recommendations, and experimenting with several different beans, which is still ongoing, we are getting espresso so good I think about how nice it will be to wake up to as I go to bed.

Switched from an expensive manual espresso machine and this makes a better drink with minimal effort

I wouldn’t call myself a coffee aficionado, but I do like my coffee a certain way. That’s why the idea of a super-automatic coffee maker really appealed to me—it’s all about the convenience! I’m not trying to be a barista, so I thought this type of machine would be perfect. Unfortunately, this particular machine didn’t live up to my expectations, so I decided to return it. I’ll admit, I was probably asking too much. I was hoping it could deliver café-quality espresso, but as I’ve now learned, that’s a lot to expect from a super-automatic machine. The espresso brewed too fast, which meant it didn’t have that creamy, rich consistency I love. On the bright side, I did enjoy the regular coffee setting, and it made decent cappuccinos and lattes. But again, I was expecting too much. This machine isn’t bad—it’s actually really well-designed and super convenient if you want a quick, bean-to-cup coffee. Plus, it looks great on the counter, which is always a bonus! So, while it wasn’t the right fit for me, I think it could be perfect for someone who values speed and convenience over that true espresso experience.

I absolutely love the De’Longhi Magnifica Plus espresso machine. Once you get it dialed in, the experience is outstanding. The freshly ground coffee makes a noticeable difference in flavor, and the machine is fast, efficient, and consistent, which is perfect for busy mornings. From bean to cup, the speed and convenience are truly marvelous. There is a small learning curve, especially at the beginning. The instructions could definitely be more explicit and user-friendly, particularly for first-time espresso machine owners. It takes a bit of experimentation to find the right grind, strength, and settings. My only real drawback is that the water temperature could be hotter. The coffee is still enjoyable, but a slightly higher temperature would make it perfect. Overall, this is an excellent machine that delivers high-quality espresso with minimal effort once learned. If you’re willing to spend a little time learning the settings, the payoff in flavor, speed, and freshness is well worth it.

The people writing bad reviews on this because it takes to many steps to clean are very lazy lol. On the top right corner on the touch screen, there is a settings button. Click on it and if you keep scrolling there are very fun visual instructions on how to clean it. You can finally clean your frother properly and easily unlike in the previous machines. Another other thing I notices that it makes way less noise than any other Delonghi machine I owned before. If you want the best out of Delonghi automatic coffee makers, this is the one to buy.

I ended up with this after an automatic espresso machine of a different brand I bought had to be returned after only 2 weeks. This is the only one that was in stock. I love this! Makes really good espresso and lattes. Cleaning is easy. I have no complaints.

Love this machine! Makes great coffee and easily supports multiple household members. We all enjoy different speciality drinks so well! Love it so much bought two as we have two houses and had to have in both it’s so good!
