In just a few minutes you have a nice toasted treat for lunch, no need to butter the bread or add condiments. Your choice of meat and cheese, add some sautéed mushrooms or onions, makes a great sandwich. A little fruit and wine and you got it made. Just wipe it down with a damp cloth and it is ready for the next round.

We love this grill and use it to grill our fish and chicken. It works wonderfully. I love that it has a drip pan (don't buy one without), and it is a great price.

Big fan of pressed sandwiches, this I got because I wanted a larger size "grill" and it was on sale. It worked, with some caveat.
You cannot control the heat and it is a bit colder than I need for that crispness, it just meant keeping it down longer. Also, to make an even press I used a brick on top to keep it pressed evenly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
