For the price, I am happy with this espresso machine - it makes tasty coffee with little effort. Make sure you use a burr coffee grinder to get a proper and consistent grind. Otherwise the machine may not be able to push the water through the filter (my experience - first I thought the machine was defective, but then bough a burr grinder and now it works consistently as it's suppose to). The only two things I would improve are (1) I'd like no plastic parts inside the portafilter and other parts that contact with hot water (2) the water heater should be more powerful because the water temperature drops too much (the "ready" light turns off) half way through the process of making a double shot of coffee and you need to wait another 30 sec until it's ready again.

After a few months of use, I really do like this machine. My only complaint is it’s a little hard to determine when it is done brewing a shot and it can be quite loud. However it makes a good tasting espresso.

I honestly love this espresso maker. It is easy to clean easy to use and is great quality. The only thing that took me awhile to get down and remember is that you have to manually stop the espresso from brewing

First espresso machine ever. It was pretty easy to figure out. It has made many delicious pick me ups. I can’t wait to experiment with it more!

Machine produces decent coffee, but the heated tank is too small. It’s fine for an espresso, but I prefer a larger cup for cappuccino type drinks and it runs out of hot water. We end up making the extra, then putting it into the microwave to heat it while frothing the milk. You have to wait for the machine to reheat before beginning frothing. Not too bad for one cup, but gets annoying when you are making several. The taste is great however, and the price is cheap if you don’t mind the hassle of constantly waiting for it to reheat. Would recommend with that caveat.

Easy to use and makes great espresso. I have been using this to make espresso and as a milk frother almost every day for the past few months. It has not skipped a beat and has produced coffee shop equivalent lattes each time. I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. :)

Good and reliable espressos. I have had no problems with it, and it can use a non pressurized portafilter. Great buy for a cheap price

We’ve used this everyday for 2 months and I love it! So easy to use and clean. I personally do not think it’s that loud. I buy espresso from Starbucks after buying an iced latte everyday. Now I love my at home drink even better than Starbucks makes.

Easy to use and prepare cappuccino, Espresso, and latte at home. The machine I purchased had a leakage and couldn't resist the 15 bar pressure correctly.

Great addition to the coffee station we have set up. Not a pro at at this, but they make it easy for you to use. Easy to take apart and clean after use. A bit loud but not terrible. Was a good cheaper option over some of the expensive one.

It works very well to make espresso for beginners, i would recommend for the price point

I loved this espresso maker. Easy to use and made great coffee. Everything is adjustable to your liking. Unfortunately after two weeks the water reservoir leaked and I had my counter flooded with water. Saw other people complain of the same issue. Maybe a faulty gasket. Was good while it lasted.

This is super easy to use starter espresso machine for a great price. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the machine produces quality espresso to make really good drinks! Definitely recommend.

Nice to use it for every morning. Save money than go to coffee or cafe shop. I love espresso machine and love latte.

The overall look of the espresso machine was sleek and beautiful. The setup instructions were not that clear, and the unit did not perform as how we wanted. Best Buy allowed us to exchange it for a different unit.

Heats up quick and makes a great cup of espresso and I especially like the foam it puts on top. The only drawback was that when I first filled the water reservoir and went to put it back in I didn't realize a piece between the reservoir tank and where it sits at the bottom had fallen off the tank inside the machine before I got the tank all the way down. Found that had happened and it only fit one way so that was okay. I'm not use to the grounds not drying out to a puck overnight like my last machine, next day the grounds are like a muddy mess in the portafilter. I shake it out in the trash and then wipe it with a piece of paper towel and good as new. I haven't used the milk frother. I like no pods, no waste. Best Buy had it to me just about overnight. The size is nice as it took the space my slightly smaller one did on the kitchen counter.

Pros it's really easy to use and set up cons it only gets up to 15bar of pressure but still legit for counter top espresso
