Maker, we returned the expensive one and kept this one, becuase it makes the best expresso, we even bought a second one for our daughter in Texas

The only drawback was that when I first filled the water reservoir and went to put it back in I didn't realize a piece between the reservoir tank and where it sits at the bottom had fallen off the tank inside the machine before I got the tank all the way down. Found that had happened and it only fit one way so that was okay. I'm not use to the grounds not drying out to a puck overnight like my last machine, next day the grounds are like a muddy mess in the portafilter. I shake it out in the trash and then wipe it with a piece of paper towel and good as new. I haven't used the milk frother. I like no pods, no waste. Best Buy had it to me just about overnight. The size is nice as it took the space my slightly smaller one did on the kitchen counter.

Loudest Espresso Machine Ever!

Our old one finally died, so we decided to pick this one up. And let me tell you, this thing is LOUD. So loud that the wife suggested I return it, which I did the following day. I will note it made cafe just fine. But the racket it made was just not acceptable imho. We ended up getting this one instead: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/capresso-steam-pro-4-cup-coffee-maker-and-espresso-machine-with-milk-frother-black-stainless-steel/5819398.p?skuId=5819398 and it made cafe just as good for half the price and completely noise free!

If you are just starting to brew your own, this is the unit for you. Easy to operate. Easy to clean. Doesn’t take up a whole lot of counter space.

Great budget espresso machine

It is a manual machine. You will need some practice but it's easy to use. I recommend cafe bustelo or la llave to get that rich crema.

Fits very well in a suitcase on its side. (No issues at all at the airport!) It takes some time to learn to make good espresso, but my daughter (a barista) figured it out with some YouTube guidance. The espresso made with this machine tastes as good as the espresso out of my Breville Barista Express!! I'm not exaggerating. There's plenty of pressure in this machine to make EXCELLENT espresso. It just takes some practice and you have to pay attention and be patient. You can't beat this price... I am buying one to put at my parents house because my mom fell in love with lattes while we were there! At least we won't need to bring an espresso machine there anymore when we visit.

Makes a great cup of espresso and steams milk with no problem. I like that is compact compared to most that are more expensive, I can leave it on the counter.
