This is an excellent starter espresso machine. Using it is simple and so is maintenance. I have had one for 3+ years and got my sister an identical one. No issues yet.

Excellent espresso machine for the price. Simple and easy to use. Can be loud but that is most espresso machines. Does not come with glasses or foam glass/pitcher.

Bought this in summer of 2021. I've been pretty happy with it. I like the quality of the espresso that it produces. Use it every morning for 2 double cappuccinos. But it's starting to lose pressure and continues to drip for quite awhile after turning it off. I clean it every other month with their decalcifier solution even though i only use filtered water in it.

Overall very simple and easy to use and happy with my purchase. Coffee cups are a little snug if brewing directly into the cup. Tamper is plastic and I'm worried with a little time it will break due to trying to tamp 30lbs of pressure. I'm still trying to figure out when to stop the brewing process since it's not an automatic shut off...with some time, trial and error I think I will solve this issue though.

Nice and gets the job done. I do have a slight problem where a good amount of coffee grounds are left so not as much comes out as I would like. The problem could also be the grounds that I use.

I love this product so far my espressos taste very good so far, very recommended for the price they taste like high end espresso machines that's why i love it!

I've been using this every day for the past few months and it checks all the boxes. I am glad that I didn't need to buy a very expensive device just for a cup of coffee.

Love it so far! My first espresso machine. Was recommended to me by a coworker. Having fun making my drinks. One thing I don’t like is that the steamer when turned on, it shoots out hot water and hit my skin. I’m more careful now. Other than that, i think it’s a good buy.

This is a really excellent starter espresso machine. From my experience, more expensive, $400+ machines will last about 4 years before they die, and youʻre left with a big expensive unserviceable unit. This unit is compact and if you dont have much prior experience in using these machines, itʻs a low risk way to try. Iʻve used this for about a year and use it about 6 times on an average day.

For the price you cannot go wrong!! Solid espresso machine that can make a strong brew with coffee grounds. I've had this almost a year and no issues. The milk frother works as Intended but I still heat the milk up to get hotter.
