It took me a few tries to understand and learn how to use this machine properly as it was my first time using an espresso machine. Once you get it down, you can make some killer coffee with this machine!

The first one lasted 8 years, but the second one had a product washer misfit and I exchanged it for another one. This one has been great so far. Easy to fill, easy frother to use. The coffee holder is still a tight fit into the machine. Otherwise great.

I also love that it takes little space on the counter. The only slight issue might be the milk steaming wand angle, this can be easily fixed by using a smaller pitcher.

The machine wasn't putting out crema like it was supposed to. So I guess it just wasn't building pressure.
