I would rate it to 5 but this is the second one I own, the first broke within two years of purchase. hope this will last longer

The new machine I just purchased has very nice upgrades. So happy I got to upgrade it. I still like my original (4 year old) machine, but I wanted to enjoy the benefits of the new machine. Worth the additional expense even though my original machine still works perfectly. My old machine works so well, that I took it to my office.

The steamer could use some improvement - it takes steaming about 3-4 times to achieve a decent level of heat to foam ratio.

It took me a few tries to understand and learn how to use this machine properly as it was my first time using an espresso machine. Once you get it down, you can make some killer coffee with this machine!

The first one lasted 8 years, but the second one had a product washer misfit and I exchanged it for another one. This one has been great so far. Easy to fill, easy frother to use. The coffee holder is still a tight fit into the machine. Otherwise great.
