Learning how to set it up for the first time was a pretty big learning curve. I was there to help, and had a difficult time learning how to run water through all of the components the first time. Once we got it working, it was easy to use and made delicious esspresso.

Also, wish you had the option for more than 2 shots at a time. (Says it's a double shot but doesn't seem like it compared to other machines I've used)

To get the coffee drip going you have to open the side spout open. If you open too much then all the water goes out and nothing is left for the coffee brew. So I open the side spout a tiny bit to get the brew going. Otherwise, the product is built well.

I like its construction, the fact that I can see how much water I have, that the frother is easy to clean, and that I use my own coffee. I do have two issues: I'd like the double-shot cup to hold more coffee, and it's very noisy. I actually have it on a rubber mat to dampen the noise.
