Learning how to set it up for the first time was a pretty big learning curve. I was there to help, and had a difficult time learning how to run water through all of the components the first time. Once we got it working, it was easy to use and made delicious esspresso.

Also, wish you had the option for more than 2 shots at a time. (Says it's a double shot but doesn't seem like it compared to other machines I've used)

To get the coffee drip going you have to open the side spout open. If you open too much then all the water goes out and nothing is left for the coffee brew. So I open the side spout a tiny bit to get the brew going. Otherwise, the product is built well.

We use it almost daily, and sometimes we use it more than one time a day. The machine is not very loud and doesn’t take much time to warm up. The milk frother makes a good foam and also warms up your milk or creamer. There is one thing, you need to keep the frother if vertical position to make good foam and not spill your milk.
