I always bought coffee and espresso and noticed my bill running high. This allows me to make a good cuppa at home, save money, and experiment with different beans! I feel like I've learned a lot and gotten my money's worth. I did watch some YouTube videos on how to use it and get the best out of frothing. It's not too tier but for the price I can't complain.

Needed an instock item. Makes WAY better espresso than our other $50.machine. Did some research this process & 15 bars authentic, etc. Only 4 stars because the grounds are "difficult" to get out of the filter, they are very wet. We followed instructions and got them drier, but then they were harder to remove. You can't tap/bang the filter holder because then the basket comes out, so you have to scoop them out & it gets messy. Thankfully good coffee. Also 4 starts because you can't walk away. You watch for the ready light and then turn to the drip mode - but you have to shut it off before it overflows. Have used it a couple weeks now and have gotten into a rhythm w/it. You can definitely tell it's quality. Really like the removable water container and how you can see the water level. I would recommend for better coffee.

My husband loves this! It’s nicely compact, and really is easy to use. Just as a side note, you’ll have to buy a little milk pitcher for using with the frothed milk aspect of it. I hadn’t realized that, so had to pick it up after the fact.

This is my first espresso machine, and I feel like that's a very important preface, but I have no complaints. Easy to use, very quick, takes up little counter space, and works very well so far.

Just got it yesterday, But I have made a few cups of different types and so far, so good. It's compact and attractive looking. It's easy to use and the coffee is delicious. For the price, I say its a good deal.

Very nice coffee machine for expresso aficionados (or people missing their French coffee like me). Easy to use. Filters are a bit hard to remove from the portafilter though. Overall good product for the price.

A great espresso machine. My wife and I came back to America after living in northern Italy. Espresso is our life blood. This machine does a good job for the price.

Great value for the cost, it's certainly not high end but really meets the needs that I have for it. I wish the steamer worked better with milk alternatives, and if the grind is too fine it won't build the pressure I need, but otherwise fantastic.

Makes great espresso shots especially if you tweak it a bit or buying a new portafilter then you’ll have an even better shot. The tamp is not the best but you get what you pay for and that’s easily replaceable. For a budget espresso machine, it’s an excellent option for a beginner.

GREAT ESPRESSO MAKER. Incredibly rich and full tasting coffee with no bitterness. Heats quickly, double drip spouts fill cup efficiently, and the frothing nozzle makes it very easy to create thick, creamy and very consistent froth. Was pleasantly surprised at such a good machine for a very reasonable price. Looking at buying another one for my RV so I don't have to pack it up for each trip!

I got this for my husvand for an anniversary present. He loves this thing. He uses it every day and as i am not a coffee drinker he has tried to tell me how awesome it is but none of what he tells me makes sense lol! However he has said that the frother works great and that even our 10yr old likes to help him with that so he can ha e his own fancy milk. He days great tji ga about it, the only negative he say which really he said wasnt a huge deal is that the thing has not setting for the water amount, you just fill the spot wirh wayer and then just have to make sure it doesnt run out while brewing because he said there is not auto shut iff you have to manually turn off.

Purchased for my spouse to make espresso and cappuccino. Read the instruction book for the fine points of operation. Works well and she is very satisfied with the product and results. Great item to start out for your career as a barista. Cup in picture is not included in the box; it is sold separately by DeLonghi.

wanted to have an espresso machine and didn't want to spend a ton on money because I didn't know how much I would use it. This fit the bill perfectly, about $100 , and easy to operate. I am making Americano drinks daily and this unit suits me. A friend of mine has a unit that he spent 2k on, but this works for me. Great if you are starting out on making espresso.
