I like makes a great cup of coffee. Down side. Is. The water storage needs to hold more and the cleaning cups need to be larger. Other than that I like it.

I purchased this based on the advice of an expert. I haven’t needed to use their customer service yet but they are supposed to be amazing. Overall I am pretty satisfied. My only complaints are more nit-picky. It seems to splatter if the rim of the mug/cup isn’t close to the top. The grounds aren’t as compact as I would have hoped. The unit is rather noisy. It’s more of a bother than I’d considered since I have to make the noise early in the morning when others are still sleeping. The compartments that needs to be removed and emptied almost daily. That part isn’t that bad. It’s when the grounds and some of the waste water doesn’t stay in the trays. It makes a mess when removing. To me it’s still worth it due to the convenience of no more filters and an all in one unit.

Coffee is good, but every time you need to open the machine to empty there’s coffee water and grinds that leak out. They also charge 100$ more for stainless steel but the entire machine aside for 2 little strips in front is plastic. Makes a good cup of coffee but for the price a bit disappointed by the look and constant clean up.

This is amazing!! Talk about a Greta cup of coffee time and time against. You can always count on Best Buy to sell quality products. Will continue to shop there for the quality and service provided.

Makes an amazing single cup of coffee. It produces a cup in taste somewhere between a high end drip coffee maker and an espresso you would buy at a shop. It's a pricey appliance, but if you're considering this you are a connoisseur of coffee. If you are not, then there will not be as good a value. Make sure you use high quality beans.

Rating based on Value for Money
When working, the machine makes excellent drip coffee. Super convenient grinding just the right amount of beans to the perfect granulation with the right amount of extraction. I love it.
I would prefer an even bigger water reservoir and bigger receptacle so that I'm not having to refill water and empty the thing so often. I don't care if the machine has to be bigger to accommodate that.
I've had mine about 10 months and already the heating element has gone bad. It does not make hot coffee anymore. For $500 before tax & shipping, the useful life was only 10 months. I expected much better.
Took some doing getting in touch with the manufacturer to get assistance. We did a live video call where I demo'd the issue. Inside of a week, they've sent packing materials so that I can send the thing back for them to fix. No idea how long this is going to take. Unacceptable IMO. I don't mind sending it back, but send me a working replacement, they can keep the faulty one they sent me.

More Cons than Pros

It seems like a feature rich item, but I wish I spent a 5th of the money and bought a Keurig, as this is basically a glorified version.
Pros (compared to what others offer):
- It grinds fresh beans
Cons:
- The coffee is weak, and you can’t adjust it
- It doesn’t tell you something needs taking care of when it finishes a cup, it waits until you are trying to brew the next. And this prevents the auto brew from starting.
- It takes a bit to turn on, but you can’t change any settings unless it’s ready to brew.
- It’s LOUD
- The little reservoirs designed to catch water used to flush the system and used grounds don’t catch everything, so when you add the above up you have to be prepared to hAve your routine be: turn on and wait, get action item (full grounds), open machine, empty containers, clean the mess that comes out when you open the machine, put back together, wait for coffee, drink coffee.

My wife and I love the coffee this machine produces, and we like that we can set the temperature and brew strength. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is that I’ve gotten 2 replacements because an internal component stops working after 30 days. Fingers crossed that the third time’s the charm and this machine lasts a long time.

Love it! It's fast, user taste adjustable and easy to use. Get the coffee beans you like and your all set. You can make it weak or strong, long or short. You will have to try a couple different beans. If you get beans you don't like It won't taste good. It's the beans not the coffee maker.

I give this 5 stars for how easy it is to use. I believe it uses more coffee than I normally did, but I don't mind the flavor. The iced coffee is great. After 5 or so uses, it dribbles a little bit of water when you remove the front to dump the grounds. The water is minimal and easy to pick up. It's a little pricey, but it cuts down on going out for coffee.

By far one of the nosiest machines ever and it is in need of constant cleaning. I can only make 3 8oz cups of coffee before the overflow water container light comes on to empty being not quite half-filled, I also found DeLongi Customer Service to be quite terrible, it takes 3 days to get back to you, then they want to set up a phone call and then jump through some hoops, for the cost of $500 it is sn overall disappointment.

I’ve been using the TrueBrew for two months now, several times a day, and it’s been excellent. The design is sleek and elegant, making it a stylish addition to the kitchen. Coffee consistently tastes great, with rich flavor thanks to the bean extract technology. It’s quick, versatile, and easily handles different coffee styles and sizes. Cleanup is simple and hassle-free, which makes daily use even more enjoyable. Overall, a reliable and impressive machine that delivers both quality and convenience.

The machine is great and it makes great coffee. However, it does have a few flaws. The water tank should have been larger. The drip nossle should be adjustable. I get coffee splattered every where and if i use the optional drop for smaller cups, the LCD fogs up. I am able to live with these flaws, but i would have given it 5 starts if it werent for what i mentioned.

Bought this due to the ability to freshly grind the beans before making a cup of coffee. I enjoy the machine and it’s capabilities as well. It is a little pricey compared to your standard machines, but the freshness makes up for it.

Idea 5/5. Execution 1/5. What do i mean? The idea that you have the option to use whole beans or coffee grounds is great, but at what cost? The 5 step button sequence thats got to be right or you’ll end up canceling and wasting coffee grounds/beans. The insane mess it creates at the opening for grounds, the ground/water waste slots, the main compartment and below the machine from the water waste sloshing around and spilling over. Idk i wish i could return it or exchange it but is what it is.

I changed from regualr drip coffee to this single serve style. First thing I noticed is my coffee tastes way better. I really enjoy being able to order up a singles erving of coffee in whatever size I need without having to do any prep.
