The coffee it churns out is really solid. However, the internal dirty water bucket fills up and needs to be emptied every 3-4 cups made. Moreover, there are always wet dirty ground beans inside the machine after a few uses. You'll enjoy the coffee, but you won't enjoy how much you'll need to tend to the machine.

Does a great job making coffee. Wish it had a feature to get hot water only. Have been getting some leaking under the tray.

Makes delicious coffee every time, however, it is a bit messy and leaky so be prepared for that.

Love this coffee maker. Just what I need every morning. Reason I gave 4 stars because I have to empty the coffee grounds bin often (it's too small) & wish the coffee bean storage is a little bigger so I don't have to fill it up so often due to I'm a coffee drinker. Save me lots of money from going to Starbucks.

So far no issues. Makes a really strong cup of coffee even on the light setting.

This item is just what I was looking for. I always make coffee from fresh ground beans. This enables me to do that and make just the amount I need, saving time, and not wasting beans on a whole pot of coffee. If you don't need to make a pot of coffee for a group of people, this is ideal. And the coffee tastes fresh and good, every time. Thanks Best Buy for having this coffee maker!

Out performs the coffee maker it replaced (Philips 3200) Does not have all the selection choices of the 3200 but that’s a good thing. I’d rather have a machine that does one thing exceedingly well, rather than many things poorly. I would certainly recommend this machine. The only drawback is no 5 oz choice. A 3 and an 8 and nothing in between.

I love that this machine grinds the beans, make a good cup of coffee, and there are no pods or filters to deal with. I just push a button, go feed the dogs, and come back to a full cup. The only thing some people wont like is it doesnt make a really hot cup of coffee.

Finally, a coffee machine that does it all for you and all you have to do is hit brew. It puts the pod after the brew in a basket that you could take out and use on your plants.

Amazing - just what we were looking for to replace our grind and brew coffee machine. Wanted a single cup that would grind fresh beans - and this is perfect! Using ground coffee is a bit annoying having to hit the right sequence of buttons but overall it is great!

Great and affordable coffee unit that delivers a tasty fix to my coffee habit! Love the built in grinder that saves on valuable space. Was looking for something that delivers espresso without all the extra "fluff".

This machine is exactly what it is advertised to be. AWESOME. I was getting tired of buying K cups and having the coffee not taste like coffee. Yes its a bit expensive, but I assure you it's worth the investment. I hope this machine holds up to use as I love the thing.

We’re somewhat coffee snobs and this coffee machine is just what we needed to make perfect brew. Like the grind for freshness with softner settings built for great taste. Many feature so highly recommended reading the manual thoroughly to clear understanding.

So far so good. I almost returned it because it didn't seem to be able to deliver a full 20 oz to fill a travel mug, but you have to let it go through 2 grind and fill cycles in order to get a full cup which isn't mentioned in the directions.

Great coffee maker to meet the individual needs and likes of everyone in your house or your guests. Grinds beans for the freshest coffee around or you can use ground coffee if that is your pleasure. Multiple sizes allow for that quick espresso or a larger cup to get you going.

Do not buy this machine. It is overpriced and does not deliver. Since I bought it is it has left a messy puddle of wet grounds underneath it consistently. The low water indicator doesn’t work and the coffee comes out at a tepid 135 to 145° (coffee should be brewed at between 195 and 205°) Also, if you have an RO system or heavily filtered water in your house to long, he says that that is not good for the coffee maker and will cause it to malfunction, something that they should tell you before you buy it. Overall, this machine is not worth the money and I suggest you keep looking.

We have gone through numerous coffee makers over the last 6 years and this is hands down the best coffee maker in the market and well worth the money. I would give it even more stars if I could.

So far, this unit has been working great for us. the overall flavor profile of gold is nice and you can taste the difference of fresh ground compared to normal. My only complaint is the inside does get messy after a few uses but overall cleanup is pretty easy so not to bad a deal.
