So far, this unit has been working great for us. the overall flavor profile of gold is nice and you can taste the difference of fresh ground compared to normal. My only complaint is the inside does get messy after a few uses but overall cleanup is pretty easy so not to bad a deal.

We have gone through numerous coffee makers over the last 6 years and this is hands down the best coffee maker in the market and well worth the money. I would give it even more stars if I could.

Do not buy this machine. It is overpriced and does not deliver. Since I bought it is it has left a messy puddle of wet grounds underneath it consistently. The low water indicator doesn’t work and the coffee comes out at a tepid 135 to 145° (coffee should be brewed at between 195 and 205°) Also, if you have an RO system or heavily filtered water in your house to long, he says that that is not good for the coffee maker and will cause it to malfunction, something that they should tell you before you buy it. Overall, this machine is not worth the money and I suggest you keep looking.

A little tough to get going at first but once you get the hang of it, absolutely wonderful Nothing like fresh ground coffee every morning! Cleaning needs to be done after a few cups but not that bad to restart-overall, we love this machine and would recommend very highly

This is the best coffee maker we have ever had. Fresh brew, excellent espresso or a variety of size brews. Something for everyone in the family. We also use less coffee overall. Needs to be cleaned up daily, but it is a simple clean-up!

This machine brews the best cup of coffee any of us have ever experienced. So good my daughter-in-law stopped buying her daily latte saving the household over $250 a months. This machine literally paid for itself in less than two months. Thank you for this wonderful coffee brewer.

Cant believe we used coffee pods for so many years. Our trips to starbucks has gone down drastically, why go when such amazing coffee is at home?!

Best coffee maker!! Very expensive but worth every penny I spent on it!! I am my own Barista now!! I can make any coffee drink that I used to get at the coffee shops!!

My whole family absolutely loves this machine - I make a 8 oz. gold brew in the morning, my husband prefers an espresso, and my daughter makes herself an iced coffee.

Being a total tech member is worth it. Customer service is great at Best Buy on El Dorado.

Unfortunately, the machine broke just after two years which was barely outside the warranty. The repair quote was $220 for what appears to be a very common issue with the infuser. It’s a great machine when it works, but there are too many components that can fail, and the company does not seem to stand behind the product.

Replaces another machine that cost three times as much and it does the same or better and includes auto shut down. Very happy with this product.

After my second Keurig failed I decided to go with something pod less and ended up with the De'Longhi TrueBrew. This coffee maker is more money than I planned on spending but I wanted something that makes a really good cup of coffee and thought this was it. I was mistaken. The setup of the machine is simple enough, the instructions easy to follow. However, I have two main issues with the machine. First, even on the hottest temperature setting the coffee is not hot enough if you add cream, which I do. I have recently purchased a $50 single serve machine for pre-ground coffee and it blows this thing away for coffee temperature. Secondly and equally irritating is the MESS this machine makes. After only a few (3-4) cups of coffee I get the icon that tells you it's time to removed the used grounds. In opening up the machine there are two reservoirs, one for spent grounds the other for missed coffee? I don't know where the coffee is going in the process but a fair amount is going into this internal space. Maybe mine is defective but there is way more coffee going into the space than I would expect. Also, if you decide to add pre-ground coffee in the hopper at the top, be aware you only have a limited amount of time to brew that cup (couple minutes) before the system just "dumps" the coffee grounds into the machine and you have to clean up the mess. Maybe my unit is defective, I don't know but I am extremely disappointed with this machine for the money I spent.
