    I purchased two $500 Delta gift cards as a gift. I will never buy another gift card via Best Buy. Delta and Best Buy both refuse to take responsibility for the dud provided to me. One gift card worked but the other did not and the funds have not been returned to me in any way. We’ve tried everything but the customer service has been well below par with no follow through. Disappointing.

    I purchased $500 GC, and used only $197 one time, and when I wanted use the balance, they disappear from my card or account. Terrible service.

    Would leave zero stars if possible. My pin scratched off when i removed the "sticker" on the paper card. Its been 2 months fighting with delta and no one will give me a new pin.

    They take all your info, charge your credit card but never give you the card. No one can help at customer service. The company that handles the gift cards is terrible
