can't access gift card funds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this gift card, which never expires. On my Best Buy purchase history site, there is a link https://specialtyegc.bestbuy.com/. I am supposed to enter my order # in here to access the gift card. order number cannot be found. i spent $750 on two gift cards that never expire, and no one in Best Buy customer support can help since they say the gift cards are for Delta.

Very slow processing of order/delivery
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.E-gift cards should be almost instantaneously electronically delivered to your email after you purchased them, right? Well, this is not the case with this one. Hours of waiting before it could be delivered. This does not make sense at all if you are purchasing card electronically.
