Worked 6 months max on my Samsung series 9 notebook. Wouldn’t charge after that. Most of the battery and everything is written in Chinese. Purchased directly from store associate. Very upset this isn’t a long term solution, especially now in this quarantine. And now the item isn’t on stock. Extremely annoyed with now not being able to work my job at all.

only sort of works to charge my samsung notebook 9--if the brick is in the right position, and it kind of flickers between charging and not. After 2 months, the bit that plugs into the computer is loose and it's only able to charge the laptop if the cord is held in a very specific place...terrible. Also the cord is significantly shorter than my original charger for the laptop

I like this charger. Good replacement for my old one but the only problem i had was, it tends to fall out of my laptop :o It gets the job done. Keeps my laptop charged.

Item was too big for my chrome book the part that goes inside of it didn’t fit the type of chrome I paid for at the Best Buy in white marsh in 2019

I asked which adapter was right for the Samsung Laptop and they told me what to buy. It didn't work. By the way, The New Port Richey store lost my adaptor when I just bought the Laptop had them install my programs into the Laptop. When I got home there wasn't an adapter.

I hope people who consider buying this product read my review to understand the rationale for the low score. I understand that my rating skews the average, but I wasn't given the option to not rate it. It isn't rated low because it is of poor quality, but because it was not the right adapter for my Samsung QX410 laptop. Therefore, I would recommend it to someone whose laptop it does fit.

I ended up returning this charger along with a few other chargers that I tried because none worked with my Samsung laptop ( wrong size). I ended up going to a local PC repair shop & got a brand new charger & it was quite a bit less expensive.

It was not the same as the photo, I was looking for the same entry that appears in the image and it is totally different

Love this as an extra cord to leave in the RV. It's so much cheaper and easier to order than the one on the Samsung site

Product is sound and well packaged, but the picture did not match what I was given in store.

I needed a new adapter for my laptop and couldn't find one anywhere that would fit. I put my laptop model in their search and this is what it gave me. It fits perfectly.

Thrilled to find this power cord. Saved us from having to buy a TV complete!

Does its job well, long enough to move around a little.
