This did not fit in my Dell Inspiron laptop. I have learned that you have to check the diameter of the round plug that goes into the laptop to make sure it will work with your laptop

TL;DR: Not worth getting for a replacement, get something else! I brought this after my original dell adapter broke and my only power source is from a charger. I made sure that everything was correct in specs before I purchased it. It worked like it was suppose to for a few months. Then my computer started glitching out and constantly shutting off from what I thought was the laptop being too hot. Shortly after the symptoms showed up the laptop would not turn on anymore with said charger. I thought that it was dead because of said symptoms. But, after curiously trying a new charger after some time, I found out that the laptop actually worked fine and it was the charger that was not working right. The light on it still worked regardless of output which was what threw me off. So whatever happened, it hasn’t put out any charge anymore.

It stinks that the cord distance between the computer and the power block is so short.

Got this as a replacement charger for my old laptop, which i needed some files off of. Used it once and the ac adapter on the charger started flashing when it was plugged in and would no longer charge. Wish i would have used it sooner so i could have swapped it out or returned it. Don't know if it was just a faulty piece or what

After researching this product and deciding to purchase it, I was very excited to receive it. Once it had arrived, I realized it was small than the charger hole, but figured I could find a way. It hasn't even been a month now and it's already giving me a lot of trouble. It often says it's charging when it's not and while it's plugged in, it makes my cursor go wack, making it jump across the screen and click things I don't want to. Would not recommend and/or purchase again. I'm very disappointed and am not happy at all with my purchase.

This DENAQ - AC Power Adapter and Charger for Select Dell Laptops would only keep my laptop on, and not charge it. Despite my laptop model being shown as compatible.

I had surgery and missed my return window. It does not work for my gaining laptop. It isn't powerful enough to charge it.
