The product works perfectly with my HP Ultra book. It would be nice if the total reach of the cord was about a foot longer. A very good value overall.

One morning starting my HP Pavilion Notebook PC all it did was go Click, Click, Click! Of course, instant panic set in. (Oh no, buy a new computer = $$$$$$, or repair it = $$). In posing this problem on the internet, I discovered others had this same problem and simply replaced their original AC power adapter with a NEW SAME ORIGINAL ADAPTER for their particular HP computer. I did the same and saved a LOT of $$$ too. DENAQ has quality products.

When I got this product it was in excellent condition but it wasn’t the charger I was looking for to charge my hp laptop

my laptop runs as long as I keep it plugged up but the charger does not charge the battery as soon as I unplug my laptop it dies.

It wasn't the right size because they don't make these cords anymore. They're all universal now. The one star rating is because someone should have known this before I made the purchase.
