Direct fit, came with everything needed. Prior to installing new battery have been getting a notification to Service Battery with Apple. Would remove from charger full battery and MacBook would die with in 10-15 minutes. Comes with all screwdrivers to change out battery. If you can plug your laptop into a charger you can change the battery out.

Great I went to MAC in Berkeley to install only cost $20. Best Buy is not able to install on Apple MacBook airs so take it there if your local to the Bay Area. But this one out of the two

Horrible, I may still have to return this. Bestbuy call service thinks Bestbuy stores can replace a battery in an Apple computer. They are not allowed. 3 separate people said they could 2 separate stores said they cannot.

total knock off crap. battery is worst then the one i replaced only lasts for two hours and needs to be recharged. can't even stream one movie without it being plugged in
