this is a solid receiver, got all the features for all your gaming needs and its hdmi 2.1 so ps5 and xbox is going to look amazing! 8K is future proof and this should last you the next 5 to 10 years.

I purchased the Denon AVR-X2800 to replace an older AVR from a different brand. I can honestly say the sound is much "cleaner" and I am very happy with my purchase.

This replaced a 6 year old denon receiver. Love the 4k/8k and the phono connections. We can now use it vintage phonograph. The sound is great and the audyssey works great to eq my odd shaped room.

This receiver is a great fix for the dual amp needs we have for our house speakers and the media room being able to work independent of each other at the same time. The bluetooth is a bonus from our previous receiver. All HDMI connections go through the receiver.

I replaced my 2019 marantz receiver with this one to try and fix the input source disconnecting issues ive been having. This solved all my problems! This receiver is amazing and has very easy setup instructions. I recommend this for all movie theaters with 7.2 and below

I bought this first. Great if your price-point and it meets your needs. But I returned it to upgrade to the X3800. For the $500+ more (with tax), there's so much more you get. My main thing I wanted was more channels.

upgraded from an older Denon AVR-2309ci model. Took a while to learn the new settings and get things set up right. Audyssey helped but I had to tweak some things, especially levels, distance, and bass settings. Sounds phenomenal and so far plays well with all my devices.

Great A/V receiver replaces a 11 year old Yamaha and this Denon is 10 times better in sound quality to me. Whether it is music or movies it is hands down way better. Dialogue and surround are where it really stands out from the Yamaha. A great upgrade to my system.

So far very happy, definitely improvement over a good soundbar. I'm just running a 3.1 system with all Martin Logan speakers. I can tell the difference when watching sports and being able to clearly hear the game announcers over the crowd noise. Movies, tv shows, and music all a very noticeable improvement.

Cheapest 7.2 with serial control. It does everything else short of dealing cards. Anything cheaper won't have serial control or as much power per channel. Anything more expensive wouldn't benefit my install since it's 5.2.2 which this receiver does well.

Five stars! This is the 2nd time I bought one of these, because the SACD sounds great through this Denon-AVR-X2800H, so I needed it in two rooms. I definitely like this, and the music and sound come through so clearly! Can't go wrong on this.

An amazing receiver. The HEOS featureis one of my favorites. I love the fact the i can play two different songs in 2 different rooms and its high definition songs. The 4k looks and sounds amazing. Although it looks like an older model, it feels well made. Overall, its a great receiver. Highly recommended.

This is my first Denon receiver. So far I'm happy with my purchase. I did have a Yamaha RX-6VA and the Denon sounds so much better to me. I noticed the difference between the too when I playing movies. I haven't tried it out with music yet, but if you like movies, I would recommend getting this one

This receiver is everything that I expected. If you want to upgrade your old outdated receiver, this is the one you need to get. It has all of the bells and whistles a person needs.

Great use for a stereo set up with Martin Logan speakers, sounds full and lively. Music sounds phenomenal in this unit, and movies even in stereo is amazing. Can’t wait to add more speakers

Awesome product by Denon. Hooked this with a 5.1.2 system and works like charm.

So far, my Denon receiver works as advertised. The Denon receiver replaced a faulty Yamaha receiver. My wife and I noticed an immediate improvement in our one year old 65” Sony OLED TV in picture quality and overall performance.

Great sound ... I like the 2 zones feature so we can watch tv in the house and listen to music in the patio

Nice affordable unit...took abit longer than I expected to set up and manage the audio quality of my home theatre system and outdoor speakers. Once it was dialed in with the help of Geek Squad tech, my home theatre sounds great !
