The receiver has excellent sound quality and a wide range of features. I’ve always been a fan of Denon products. However, my customer service experience has been very disappointing. The issue has now dragged on for six weeks without resolution. I’ve been misled multiple times and promised return calls that didn’t happened. At one point, a representative even addressed me as Bro, which was very unprofessional. It’s clear that the quality of support has significantly declined. Hopefully, your product will work without any issues — good luck.

It was good until I lost right side height speaker for Atmos only four months old I do not abuse this system only user for surroundsound now I have to send it in for repairs. This is the first receiver I had to send in for repairs in my 30 years of owning receivers. This will be the last Denon I ever own. I almost bought an onkyo. I I know I made a mistake now.

Constantly drops signal. When watching Apple TV the screen will randomly go black for a couple seconds and then come back on. When I hook the Apple TV directly to the TV there are no problems. Hopefully I can return this thing I’m done dealing with it.

Using quality cables from trusted brands like Audio Quest is highly recommended. - Activate the HDMI Upscaler in the receiver's settings. I returned it I was not impressed. The video kept blacking out. Too expensive to have those issues
