Four months old and already broken

This is the first receiver I had to send in for repairs in my 30 years of owning receivers. This will be the last Denon I ever own. I almost bought an onkyo. I I know I made a mistake now.

I’ve always been a fan of Denon products. However, my customer service experience has been very disappointing. The issue has now dragged on for six weeks without resolution. I’ve been misled multiple times and promised return calls that didn’t happened. At one point, a representative even addressed me as Bro, which was very unprofessional. It’s clear that the quality of support has significantly declined. Hopefully, your product will work without any issues — good luck.

When watching Apple TV the screen will randomly go black for a couple seconds and then come back on. When I hook the Apple TV directly to the TV there are no problems. Hopefully I can return this thing I’m done dealing with it.

- Be sure to use Ultra High-Speed HDMI cables. Using quality cables from trusted brands like Audio Quest is highly recommended.

- If not connected to an 8K Television, set the 4K/8K signal format to Enhanced. https://manuals.denon.com/AVRX4800H/NA/EN/DRDZSYuvqzolrz.php
