Huge improvement over the tv speakers. Impressive bass from the subwoofer and clear vocals from the sound bar! There are various sound modes you can pick depending on your preference. I would recommend this sound system. It is simply plug and play with no hassles.

It’s easy to install, very elegant and compact design with beastly sound. For its price is a great set of home theater. The only challenge is that it doesn’t have a digital display for you to see the volume in numbers

Great step above entry level surround sound system with dolby atmos. Great sound for both music and movies. I wish it had HEOS connectivity.

replaced a 5 year old sound bar. good quality, bass, and overall upgrade. Of course no rear speakers so not true surround, but the dolby atmos makes for good immersion and sound

GREAT 3.1 SOUND BAR. I HAVE IT HOOKED UP TO MY PS5 AND ITS AMAZING. LOVE THE UPFIRE SPEAKERS. 1 BIG PLUS IS THAT IT HAS A 2 YEAR WARRANTY COMPARED TO 1 FROM THE REST. SUPER EASY SET UP WITH THE ARC FEATURE.

I bought this sound bar after having a negative experience with a Bose sound bar bought from another retailer. The Bose used an app to connect to the unit to make adjustments to sound, and used Wi-Fi to make the connection. The Bose kept dropping the Wi-Fi and consequently I couldn’t make any adjustments. It also kept dropping the pairing for the smart remote. Pain in the neck!! I returned the Bose and went to Bestbuy Coeur d’Alene, where I have had good experience with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I selected the Denon, which was about $200 less than I paid for the Bose. The sound is every bit as good as the Bose, and there are absolutely to connection issues: I connected the HDMI cable to the TV, powered the Denon on, and it paired with the sub-woofer and took over speaker chores from the TV’s speakers. The included remote handles the tasks easily, but is not a universal remote, so it only controls the sound bar. Simple! Yes!! I gave a rating of only 4 stars because the sound does not blow me away. The sound is good, but not totally immersive. This could be because we have a vaulted ceiling and the up-firing speakers can’t bounce off the ceiling perfectly. The dialogue enhancing feature is the primary reason for our getting a sound bar, and that feature seems pretty good. Still, I am quite happy I bought the Denon.

Got this to replace a TCL sound bar that I thought was giving us problems with audio going out. Turns out that it is probably our new Sony TV that is causing the issue on HDMI eARC. This sound bar does produce great sound. Stereo imaging is quite good and provides a nice wide sound stage. HDMI, digital optical, and Bluetooth connections all work great. It can put out good volume through all connections. The only thing a little disappointment is that the base is a little too weak. With base set all the way up it should be little too much but not so with this unit. Wireless subwoofer connection has been connecting and working with any issue at all.

Start off this is good soundbar with good bass you can change the sound with 3 different modes which is great for vocals in tv shows and movies and adjust the bass levels unfortunately the bass doesn’t seem to work correctly with the vocals its just boomy and also the sound can get really loud the sound quality is really good but the Dolby Atmos speakers are horrible if they could fix that and get the bass blend more with the vocals it would be a great mid range but if you don’t care about Dolby Atmos and strong vocals this is still a great soundbar.p.s. The instructions are crap

Denon is quality. This is a loud and bassy soundbar but doesn’t skimp on quality. It’s worth all the Pennies you pay for it.

Sounds wonderful. Super easy to set-up. Only thing to consider is that my Fire TV remote cannot find a working IR code for controling the volume with the one remote. Otherwise 5 star

Great Price for a premium sound. My only dislike is that the indication for volume is not numeral and is difficult to know what volume one is currently listening.

Amazing sound from a sub $500 atmos Soundbar! I love this speaker it connects easily and the bass is awesome!

I replaced an LG, which sounded OK at the when we got it. But this is both incredible and versatile. The ability to enhance the voices for my wife is especially useful. Plus the speaker configuration in the bar itself makes it sound more "surround" that the LG every thought. We have it in our bedroom underneath a 50" plasma TV, because there was nowhere to put a for-real component sound system: but now we've got sound to match the plasma picture quality! The sad part is I've always been a Denon person, and why I succumbed to a cheap sale price on the LG I'll never know. But I'll never do it again!

Excellent sound quality. Set up was seamless. Denon has made high quality speaker for years and I see the pattern of success continues.

A compact and convenient audio output device. The two HDMI inputs allow a flexible use of the soundbar. I can connect my bluray player audio only HDMI to this unit, and the audio and video HDMI to the projector, and get Dolby Atmos surround effects without the hassle of overhead or rear speakers. Very happy with the purchase.

Bought the Denon sound bar because the tv speakers sound horrible. Very pleased with the sound of the sound bar. Everything is as advertised. The bass is a little bit muddy but since you can set the volume of the subwoofer you can minimize it. Read the other reviews like I did, most are accurate. Love the remote and how the sound volume and type can be changed. If set up correctly you can use your tv remote to adjust the volume. Would recommend buying one.

This is a very very good sound bar in my opinion for the price within the bundle. However, the subwoofer althozght clear and accurate, just leaves you wanting more when both watching TV Shows and Bass Heavy music. Dont get me wrong its there and if you dont care for heavy bass this is a solid combo especially for the price, i just exptected a little more. Ill be spending a little extra for something se and returning it tomorrow.
