The game has been a lot of fun and it looks and plays really well on pc but the DLC is a total waste of money so far. Only buy the game if it is on sale and is cheap.

The only real complaint that I have is that there was no actual disk, it's only a download code.

Was super excited to get this game, but man, I quit really soon after getting it and regret it. It didn't help that the first DLC came so soon after an already delayed release, and that DLC wound up locking content that I paid for behind it (later reversed as far as I know, but by that time I already quit).

Got this when it came out for PC and a month later they released DLC that made all my progress obsolete. Ended up not being worth the initial purchase of the game.

Played Destiny 1 on PS4 and thought the only thing that was missing for me was a keyboard and mouse when I was playing it 3 years ago. I'm glad it's on PC now but the only thing I can complain about are the DLC and expansions that come out so frequently

Played it when it released and enjoyed it. Then the DLC released and multiplayer died for anyone that doesn't pay the high DLC cost. Wait for a complete pack if you want to save money.

Purchased as a gift to my son after he completed building his PC. He loves the gameplay and top notch graphics. Be warned that no disc is in this case, only a cardboard "disc" with a download code.

I loved Destiny 1 and wanted to love Destiny 2. The game is fun and Bungie knows how to still make a great feeling FPS but that's as far as it goes. From the shallow, unimpressionable campaign to leveling up and getting to the even shallower end game. (There is no end game worth mentioning). If you always wanted Destiny 1 to be a much more casual game they did that well but unfortunately all other decisions have been revolved around selling you loot crates and shady practices involving invisible nerfs to your xp and the now one time use shaders. The whole thing is a mess and I have broken out and recovered from my stalkholm syndrome to tell you all the truth. This isn't the game we were peomised and were waiting for... will play again in year 3. Until then, uninstalling and not buying DLC period.

I have spent over 100 hours on the PS4 version of Destiny 2 and just wanted to give the PC version a try. WOW! There is no discussion about this, the pc version of this game is the best,,, by far. The frames boost. The field of view is so much larger (if your GPU can handle it) and it really makes a difference. I won't be going back to the PS4 version. My only complaint is that I have already purchased the DLC for both upcoming expansions for the PS4 and now I will have to purchase them again for the PC. But, overall, this game is made for the PC.

This game is more like 3.5 stars for me but that isn't an option, so I bumped it to 4, beware. It's a good game with really nice graphics and pretty good game play. Pros: Plays nice on a fast PC or console, fun with friends, very good weapon play and selection, pretty decent story/quest mode, a couple of new features in this version that weren't in the first release, plus Blizzard uses server versus some of the peer-to-peer model it had in version 1, no crazy cheating yet, not laggy. Cons: It takes 4-8 hours of playing to unlock the multiplayer mode, It'sn't very challenging in story mode, multiplayer could be great but it's a bit random, it's really not a game for a person that might only have limited time for a gaming session, the story mode isn't long, and it all kind of seems like it could have been quick DLC for version 1. No matter, it's still pretty fun. It's easy to get $30-40 value out of it in a week or so, going to be hard to quantify the full price and any micro transactions in game. I'm kind of a fan, just not 100% convinced that the content is going to match the dollars if you already owned Destiny. For sure buy it if you like shooters and you do not own Destiny. I'll recommend it, but it's kind of a maybe and not a solid recommend. Some of my battlefield teammates did their refund 3-5 levels in and abandoned the game. So I'm a little torn, but for me I had some credits and it was cheap.
