Geek squad connected my two pc's together.

New printer went offline and off my network.

Geek lady did not get my computer back online and in network. Stated it was made for 2.4 ghz and I was on 5 ghz. Stated to return printer and upgrade to 5 ghz printer. She did not correct my problem. Called internet carrier and they got me back working finr.
