I cant print from my phone. The old printer is still coming up

The agent helped me successfully resolve a scanning issue with my new HP printer.

New printer went off online and off of my network. Geek lady did not get my computer back online and in network. Stated it was made for 2.4 ghz and I was on 5 ghz. Stated to return printer and upgrade to 5 ghz printer. She did not correct my problem. Called internet carrier and they got me back working finr.

the agents informed me they could not assist me to trouble shoot a 300 dollar printer I bought 1 year before with intermittent connection problems. they told me to contact my internet provider as printer was not compatible w router signal. in fact solution was to set up simple IOT network using router. charged me about 100 dollars over multiple tech calls to misdiagnose problem and drop me in midst of call w text.

Spent two hours with two different online agents. Absolutely no help. Ended with advise to watch you tube video which was also useless. Said he would call back and never did.

I received top notch service from the Geek Squad. My only regret is that I had to pay $39.99 for the service because I waited one day too late for free help from my date of purchase.
