Hate the waiting game.....

I thought the digital cards were supposed to be available immediately, for the most part....?? Really frustrating, it was.....

Did not work, trying to get my refund

I'm trying to get my refund from Best Buy on chat while at work but apparently you have to call their toll free number for that which I can not do until later. Annoyed

E gift card can only be used online

I usually buy the e gift cards but this is the first year that none of them (JcPenney's, Dick's, and even sonic) can be used at the store directly, only online. Too bad I can't return these

Still haven't received the card

I called customer service and they were too busy to help me. Never buying digital gift cards here again. Even if I eventually get the card, I wish something would be more helpful.
