    The card took over a day to get to my email and when it did , it did not work. I'm trying to get my refund from Best Buy on chat while at work but apparently you have to call their toll free number for that which I can not do until later. Annoyed

    I bought this as a gift for my nephew but it can only be used online. I usually buy the e gift cards but this is the first year that none of them (JcPenney's, Dick's, and even sonic) can be used at the store directly, only online. Too bad I can't return these

    I purchased this gift card almost 4 days ago and have not received it. I called customer service and they were too busy to help me. Never buying digital gift cards here again. Even if I eventually get the card, I wish something would be more helpful.
