Easy to use and connect but the tablet didn't always stay connected to the wifi which had a good signal. I tested the wifi signal with my phone and someone else's tablet so I know that wasn't the cause. I tried it a few times in various places and It worked ok for the price. Don't expect fast connections or the best performance.

Got this for my daughter who is 6. Previously had an RCA android tablet that was kind of a piece of junk. This one isn't the Cadillac by any means, but has worked well. Better charger, better battery life, dual cameras, and overall good reliability.

My mother in law has been hinting to wanting one since we bought my father n law one two years ago. So her birthday came around this year and they had them in stock so we got her one and she loves it. Might be Best Buys cheapest option but it does the job .

I purchased this tablet for my wife to take to Europe. She has been very happy using it to keep in contact from "over the pond". We are still trying to find a suitable cover for it. We do like the quality and ease of use this tablet provides.

I got this as a xmas gift for my wife to replace a different low-end 7 inch tablet on which she had broken the screen. This one turned out to be unacceptable because it ran noticeably hot, both while in use and while charging. It would also not pick up wifi networks where my tablet & phone would see them. I returned it and up-purchased to the 8-inch insignia (the same model that I'm using) and peace is restored. The return process was simple and satisfying. I expect this was an individual item problem, but I still would caution a friend in a recommendation.

I had encountered a problem with Windows 10 because my computer would not assign a drive letter when connected to my desktop PC. I had to download a Windows MTP driver which solved the problem. Only other issue is that sometimes the tablet doesn't turn on right away and we have to hold the power button several times

I liked it at first but after about 15 minutes of use it got very slow, and it heats up super quick. I bought it for my 4 year old but she can barely use it. Oh and the battery dies super quick.

I use this tablet when I travel because its small enough to carry around and connects to wi-fi with ease. Web browsing, game playing and picture taking. It does what I need it to do.

My six year old enjoys playing with the device. I just wish it came with safeguards already installed.

I don't like it because it is too slow to get on the internet. But other people in my family like it.

I bought this tablet to sit on a nightstand as a white noise machine, and an alarm clock that could also play video and cast to my bedroom TV if needed. Works great for those for the price. Not the fastest or most r\sponsive but for what I needed a perfect price for the feature I needed.

The 7-inch tablet is an excellent product it was user-friendly it connect to the internet very easily and was very easy to set up and the price was excellent once again in the world

This thing actually works. It connected easily to my WiFi, and downloaded two remote-control programs. It reconnects to the router every time I turn it on and doesn't ask any questions. Makes a great remote for custom programs.

Inexpensive entertainment for my granddaughter. Also purchased the extended warrantee just in case it becomes damaged due to accidental dropping. I wish Best Buy sold a matching protective case that worked with the camera.

My son loves his tablet. Pokémon Go and Minecraft work absolutely amazing on this tablet. No complaints of 'glitching' or being kicked out. It's easy to use and the mapping from my other tablet was pretty quick. Saved a bunch of money by not buying a tablet through my cellular company. But that's the one drawback of this tablet - I couldn't put it on my phone plan. Than again, I have sufficient data for those times we need to leave Wifi without having an additional monthly charge on my phone plan.
