It was bought for my grandson to play games and watch YouTube it's ok not the best but for a 5 year old it's just fine.

Cheap and easy set up. My family is hard on tablets and this one holds up well. I've purchased many if these and will continue to do so.

I had an issue when I turned this tablet on as nothing would load, I had to do a factory reset/recovery using the side buttons but afterwards never had an issue again.

this product should not be sold by best buy. right out of the box a problem with wizard set up. when you get on their web site, the first statement is about the wizard set up. Limited instructions in box. Poor support and nobody to answer phones.

We had trouble turning on and charging. May have just been a bad unit. Got another one and worked perfect.

Bought this for my 9 year old. He loves it. Don't have any problems. He plays learning games watches videos and trying to learn how to type.

Not the fastest or easiest to setup but it’ll get the job done

With the things I needed to do this didn't work out for me. It also was difficult to download apps to.

you cannot expect to much from the cost you pay for it. it works however not going to last too long

if it's a child's first one it will be ok but too slow for a adult

This was a great little device at a great price. Very useful and efficient for small business! Got a few of them!

tablet is great for the price. This is nice for kids or a beginner but not for advanced users, especially those who are picky about screen resolution

If I could have left 0 stars I would have. It never worked from the min I bought it. I returned the first one. Second one is junk also. It wouldn’t set up. BB said they would set it up for more money than it cost. It’s still in the box. Never worked

It’s very easy to work. My ten year old loves it and he takes it every where.

Got the first one, it kept stopping during setup, took it back and exchanged it for a second one. It does the same thing. It’s a piece of junk. Store won’t take it back because combined I’ve had it longer than the 15 days allowed. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK

Tablet is pretty good and does what I need it to do. Only problem is it doesn't have a long battery life
